I don’t often write reviews and try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but I want to make sure no one else has to have the experience I had. This dealership tried to upsell me and participated in tied selling to the point where I had to call OMVIC. They are lucky I didn’t move forward with filing a claim against them. Not only did they try to get out of the deal when I didn’t want to purchase the extra care package and extended warranty, but they lied by saying they were already applied to the car and “couldn’t be removed”. They also tried to force financing and were increasing the amounts I would have to put down with every conversation I had with them. This dealership tried to take advantage of a young woman buying her first vehicle and should be ashamed of themselves. Despite treating them with kindness and professionalism when I met them, the financing woman was unnecessarily difficult, unhelpful, and rude when I picked up the vehicle. Make sure you know your rights as a buyer if you have to deal with them, otherwise I would suggest avoiding this dealership at all cost. Shady business.

I had my winter tires put back into Honda’s storage and my all weather tires put on. Honda also inspected my Civic and found that “she” is in good shape.I love going to Simcoe Honda. The service is outstanding, from management & reception to tech. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and extremely friendly. I know that “she” is in good hands when I take her there.

Its my second time for seasonal tire change from Simcoe Honda. Last experience was quite good. But this time not only they are over charging which is above market price and secondly I had to wait 2 hours to get tire swap done (promise time was one hour)Canadian tire will do the same job with 100 CAD for which they charged me 165 CAD.Never coming back here unless its some warranty work for my car.

Brought in my Honda Fit for regular service to switch winter tires and oil/filter change. Waited at the dealership about an hour to get work done. They send you lots of reminder notices so that you do not forget about the appointment. Friendly staff.

Went in for an oil change. Always have exceptional service at Simcoe Honda. Everyone is so friendly and the staff is amazing. Great service and also got my recall done at the same time.

The Dealership Is much nicer atmosphere after the recent renovations. Friendly staff. Went in for an oil change and coolant flush,They found a sticky e brake after the service when they parked my car and decided to bring it back in to correct it free of charge.

Vehicle in for camera recall.While there they investigated heated seats not working. They plugged the heated seats back in, free of charge.Bumped while cleaning car.Makes for a very happy wife and daughters.Thank you Simcoe Honda!
