moved to marengo on Aug 13..started service on Aug 16...Cancelled on Sept 6 because the only thing reliable about the internet was it was UNRELIABLE. it was off more than on. we were able to watch ONE whole movie in the 2 week period. my daughter is in online school and missed her first 2 weeks of classes. I called them several times..each time having to leave a message because No one answers. they did call me back however never fixed the issue..I am now stuck with a 125 dollar installation fee for a service I never received. And need to climb on top of my roof to get the equipment down or else they will charge me an additional 50. this internet isnot reliable

I’ve had Fox internet for a little while but was about to switch as service had been iffy. However, spoke with new management and everything has been great since. James was very friendly and now I can rely on my internet during bad storms. 5 stars!

Brian was awesome! We moved our business late in the day on a Friday and he stayed late to make sure we had internet working properly. Had a lot of trouble shooting to do and my level of expertise lacks in IT department. He was very patient in helping me walk through every step we needed to ensure we would have working internet for the next business day. Very pleased of the level of service I received.

I used Fox Valley internet for 3 years. I used their fastest speed package and hardly ever had issues. Customer service always has been fast, friendly and helpful.

When we first moved here we really liked the service and responsiveness. Over the last year, that responsiveness has declined. Fast forward to last night. Internet was constantly dropping. Troubleshot our home network and it was operational. Called FVI and got the message to hold on or leave a voicemail. Since I need to talk to someone I held. Apparently not, I was automatically rolled to a voicemail. Still haven't heard from that message. Spotty internet continuing this morning. Called 4 times and was rolled to a voicemail each time. Might as well give up on work today as I can't maintain a connection reliable enough to have a Teams call. What happened to you guys?

I have been with this company for many years. I paid the extra $10 for faster speed, which did not make a difference. There was no internet provider in Burlington so I signed up with them. I have since obtained Verizon as my provider and called to cancel my account on Oct. 3, which is the same day as my bill is due. I was told that they needed a 30 day notice (which was supposedly in the contract that I signed over 10 years ago). How would anyone remember that from the contract from 10 years or more ago. I am very upset with this and the person I spoke with was very short with me.
