Tim provided an excellent eBike experience including a test ride on two different eBike setups, knowledgeable communication on the different motor and battery options as well as an appropriate donor bike, and a quick and clean installation for a very reasonable price. He installed the 350W torque-sensing motor and 500watt.h battery on my 2022 Kona Dew (all-in weight of 42 lbs) and I couldn't be happier. Exceptional service and customer focus - highly recommended!

I shopped for ebikes. I determined I preferred mid drive. The lowest price ebike I found that seemed decent was 2,800 CAD and I didn’t like the bike as much as my regular hybrid bike. Then I found Tim. He promptly came over with a few bikes for me to try. I chose the 350w pedal assist because I still wanted to get exercise and pedal. I just needed help on the hills. Tim took my bike and brought it back installed a day or two later. Hills in Bowness now? No problem. It was the perfect solution for me at less than 1/2 the price of a new ebike. I am very happy with my decision.

My wife and I setup an appointment with Tim to test out a couple of different e-bike conversions he has to offer. We decided to go with the 250W torque sensor version with 12.8AH batteries. Tim came by and picked up our existing mountain bikes and was back a few days later with both converted to e-bike.We did a 30km ride through Fish Creek this morning, including up and down a few steep grades. Absolutely fantastic. Makes going up steep grades easy but is subtle and hardly noticeable on the flat.After the 30km ride the battery display is showing one bar (of eight) less than full. I have no doubt the batteries will exceed their 50-90km range estimate.If you have an existing bike that meets your needs, but looking for some electric assist I would highly recommend checking out Tim’s products.As others have said Tim is knowledgeable and easy to deal with. My wife and I are both very happy with the conversion and would recommend Axxss ebikes without hesitation.
