Great experience overall, Friendly staff and technician's. Russell the service tech did an amazing job on getting my winter and summers set up and all sorted out with perfect fitment (big disaster from what i had before) Russell really gave me alot of info and got everything right. Also thanks to Katie the sales rep for helping source the best deals for the tires I needed!

Spoke with Ty, told him what I was looking for and he set me up with a rim and tire package that fit perfectly no rubbing. Then had Russell remove my old tires and put together the new ones and he took his time treating my rims (old and new ) as If they where his own making sure there was no damage to anything and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Would 100% recommend coming here for service.

Taunton tires does really good work and they were pretty fast in getting my tires changed.But their tires are very expensive so I had to buy tires somewhere else and get them installed at their location. The process was quick and so far my tires have been great.The staff are efficient at their job and although they are not overly friendly they do good work. If you can get your own tires and have them installed at this location that would be great.

I’ve come into the shop twice in the last couple of weeks for tire repairs & Jude repaired it both times! He is so efficient at what he does, and he is such a wonderful & kind person to talk with. Thanks for making both of my experiences great ones! Will be returning

Awesome experience, great deal on rims and they switched my tires over and put ‘em on all included in the price! Very fast service and knowledgeable when I had questions. I only wish they would add a karaoke machine to the waiting room but still 5 stars

As a girl I get anxiety every time I take my car in anywhere… but I had some repairs done by JJ and Nick! They were super helpful, honest, and quick to get me back on the road at a really good price! It was a great experience Highly recommended! Fantastic service for a fair price!

The work is good.. fast.. and the staff seem to be knowledgeable.. my only negative is the communication... I went in for rims and tires... I had 20 inch rims and left with 18 inch rims and more sidewall... I understand the cost saving reasons ... But if I started with 18 inch rims they would have offered me a choice..I had to return for Tpws sensor adjustment.. without issue. I would go again...

I had clearly requested for a tire plug/patch and I got an unsafe tire plug.. Never gave me an option for a plug patch. I could have saved myself $30 and 30 minutes and done this simple job myself. But I wanted to get a long term fix, I took it to another shop and they fixed it. Not only that the bolts were over torqued to 100 ft/lbs. My vehicle torque spec is 80.

Always fast service. Free retorque for safety after tire change with sheet including clear directions. Lots of tires on display to select from when buying a new set of tires. Outside or indoor seating for while you are waiting. Close to gas station, if you want snacks while you wait. Friendly staff behind the counter. Only negative was that the drink vending machine wasn't accepting coins of any denomination.

Always amazing service, I've been going Taunton Tire for years. I'm never nervous bringing my summer car to them! Ty, Julian and Russell are always the ones working on my cars, these guys are top shelf!!!
