Sancar who we worked with at Otto Deck did an amazing job overseeing our backyard deck project, stairs and shed base. Even after completion he made the modifications that we only realized in hindsight and ensured we were happy with the backyard project. Overall excellent work! Would highly recommend Sancar.

Horrible company, terrible customer service, incredibly bad work! I feel so regret to hire them. Never showed up on time, never completed the work on time. Never came on scheduled time. It was my nightmare to work with this company! They made me sick! So much anger and anxiety over one work! No idea who can give them any stars, only relatives can. Stay away from this company!

I used Zach and his team from Otto Deck to demolish our wood deck and rebuild a brand new deck out of composite, repair the holes in our fence, and stain the fence. This included waterproofing the deck and putting pot lights/electrical work underneath, and cedar underside. I cannot say enough positive things about Zach and the team. To begin, the quality of the craftsmanship is absolutely top notch. There is a lot of pride taken in the work they do. They are not merely there to finish the job and move to the next one. They are meticulous, and the final product shows for it. My deck is stunning. And solid as a rock. You are getting a premium quality build. Zach is a super guy too. He is responsive, reliable, and honest. I felt the price was very fair, and given the premium build, the value for dollar here is outstanding. I have recommended them to family, and will not hesitate to use them again should the need arise (which I won't because this deck is amazing!).

At the first step of installation, i had no idea about what it will looks like. But i am happy to work about what they did. No needs more words!!!

10 STARS Excellent company to work with . Professional and responsive . Had to do 2 decks in 3 days and they got it done and did an outstanding job. Their attention to detail is above and beyond and the quality is excellent . They adjusted anything I wanted and they kept within their agreed budget . The crew is extremely nice and kept my place clean and treated it as their home . Friendly professional and gorgeous deck ! You should not hesitate to hire them if you need any deck or fence done ! They are honest fair and know what they are doing !!

Had Sancar and his team work on my second floor balcony. Scheduling was flexible and communication was very good. Balcony was completed in a day and everything looks great! Would recommend!

Otto Deck & Fence built both a waterproof deck and fence for my house. Everything they did proves their professionalism and customer first attitude. The manager Sancar and all of the team guys did work hard and seriously even though in the bad weather they did show up and got the work done greatly. All our concerns and improvements suggested were respected and followed into action without missing any points. The finish of both the fence and deck is beautiful, functional and sturdy. I am 100% satisfied with their works so that I do recommend Otto if there is any project for Deck and Fence for you.
