Great , friendly , and extremely fair used motorcycle dealer . Five plus stars in my opinion . Always friendly and helpful from the time you arrive . I bought my first used Harley ( Road King ) from here 9 years ago and just recently a used Heritage Softail Deluxe and they treated me the same both time with consideration and respect. They make you feel like a part of their family. Thank-you , Josh , Charlene and all the staff for making my purchase a great pleasure. .

I didn't even purchase my bike here. I called to get support for my Zero motorcycle that I purchased at a dealer closer to home. That dealer was not returning my calls. Josh, from CC&C was ready and able to help me with my support question. Took the time to gather all of the information needed and got back to me with all of the answers to my questions. Great service, and will most definitely be going there from now on. Thank you Josh, and hope to see you and your team in the near future!

Talked to mechanic about safety, explained everything done to it as a reference and showed them. Had a two hour ride there and they told me over the phone the bike will pass no problem. Its a new bike and has nothing wrong with it. Showed up to the shop for the safety and a guy came out and told me I'm not touching the bike or I'm charging you for safety and not passing it. I was furious as I had a long trip and had a weekend getaway planned expecting no issues (As told by them). I tried to reason with him and he told me no one will pass it with absolutely nothing wrong. I found the customer service was horrible and will not be returning as a customer again. Also to note I took a whole day off work just for this reason. What a shame, and hope this helps someone. **aftermath, took the bike to local shop and they passed it flying colors with no questions asked, makes me wonder what kind of employee's they have.

Zack arranged for Bike to be picked up in Port Hope, they did an awesome job of making sure the Bike was ready for the season and Hailey found the best bars for my bike! Amazing service and great prices. My bike will be back!!

The best shop I have ever dealt with in 35 years. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. When I reached out they got back to me immediately and when I spoke with them it was like talking to someone I had been riding with for many years, very down to earth, amazing

Had a great first time meeting Josh and Charlene. Very welcoming people and place. Ended up spending a few good hours talking bikes and English Bulldogs. Definitely will be back.

Like most people that have dealt with CC I had a fantastic experience buying my RG through Mike. I own quite a few bike and unusually buy but curb side and not through a dealer but for the piece of mind knowing the guys have gone over the bike the little extra $ wasn't as important as I have no concerns in the back of my mind regarding anything that may have been hidden just to sell if I bought directly from old user. Good job guys and after over 30 years of being loyal to another shop you have a customer for life now. Thanks for the experience! Pete
