Pan Am Clinic

This place is total luck of the draw saw Dr. David Williams here who miss diagnosed a knee injury stated it was out of place and just through a month (4-6 weeks) of bracing that it would self resolve. Unfortunately for me it ended up being a torn meniscus and 6 months of recovery I later found out through diagnosis during physiotherapy. On the other hand I have broken my right hand (boom) and through this process I’ve been blessed with David Vancura a true legend this guy greets every patient with top of the line enthusiasm truly seems like he enjoys his job he has provided me with great care and lays out multiple solutions to best serve the patients needs. If my only experience here was with Dr. Vancura I’d leave a 10 star review if I could.

This is the best run clinic I’ve been to in years. So respectful, efficient and thorough. Worth a longer drive (I live an hour away) and the wait to know that you will get the treatment you need.

We visited pan am clinic for MRI on 4th July evening The MRI front receptionist is very rude women. Looks like a racist. There were signs all over regarding respect but the receptionist is not giving respect to other colour people. Management should look into this.

My husband has been on the waitlist for a spine pain management shot for over 3 years!! He has had 2 meetings for file info, but they DID nothing. He has been in pain, relying on a cane and phoning every month to obtain an appointment in April, but now gets voicemail and they do NOT return his call. Very poor organization/patient service.“FOURTH day of trying to make a clinic appointment after 3 years on clinic waitlist for spine pain shot. In Sept 2022, we were told to phone in February2023 for an April 2023 appointment. Unfortunately the Pain Mgmt Clinic staff/receptionist does not answer phone nor reply to voicemail messages from patients. “

Thank you so much. Quick and really seems like they cared. My son had a shelf fall on his foot at day care. Nurses and doctors did an amazing job throughout the process. All is well that ends well. Thank you.

Attended to the Pan AM clinic for an MRI appointment. The staff were friendly and the appointment was punctual. Staff explained the procedure and the exam itself went very smoothly. Ample parking. The only reason I am not giving this location 5* is that in my opinion the building and equipment is looking dated. Maybe time for a refresher?

Staff and doctors are very professional, accommodating and nice. I came at 11 30am, dont have an appointment but still they look up on me. Thank you so much.

Aside from waiting for 4 hours, we’ve a met one of the rudest doctor with such no empathy. We just shared our story to this doctor that we’re flying in a few days and our daughter twisted her ankle. Let’s call him Dr. D. He told us that “our logistical problem is not his problem”. Not sure if he is just being racist because we are people of colour or he was just thought not to show any empathy on patients in med school. So disappointed!

Dr. Hein Peters is an excellent physician. Organized and conscientious and extremely knowledgeable.Great communicator who takes the time to in detail explain your condition, making sure you understand. I highly recommend Dr Peters.
