2 days in a row they left my packages outside the building without calling.. day 1 package stolen.. day 2 (refresh the tracking page every minute) run as soon as i saw delivered. But Amazon has to pay me the refund.... WORST customer service i have gotten in my life. Hopefully Amazon stops working with them!

Ordered from Amazon.ca / Prime and Dynamex driver 1) never informed me as to arox. time of delivery only to find that package was delivered at 15:47. No one rang my doorbell, package was not in front or near door, BUT left in front of house 4 feet away from street for everyone to see and grab to steal. Totally unaceptable. Amazon.ca was informed !

I received a notice that the package from Amazon was delivered April 29th. Nothing was delivered on that day. I called them on May 1st and I was told that the package was damaged and returned to Amazon. They could not tell me why they indicated that the package was delivered when it was returned to Amazon. The package contained many items and I do not know which item was damaged. Contacted Amazon and asked for refund. Not happy with the service

This is the single worst courier company in Canada! Twice I have had issue with them. The first time, instructions were left to not leave a package, and they left it. I made a very detailed account to Amazon, and filed a complaint. The second time happened today. I took the day off work to wait for an important package, and when I checked the Amazon website at 15:00 it said they had tried to deliver the item, but that the door, driveway or mailbox was blocked...I live in an apartment building, and there was nothing blocking any access...worse there is no code, just the apartment number to buzz. And the Amazon site said look for a note from the company on what to do next...well guess what...no not. Lazy drivers who should be happy to be working. Amazon needs to stop doing business with these fools. And no means to contact them? Come on!!

EVERY time Amazon use this company I have problems. Each time it's the same thing..they tried to deliver the package when I own a house that is very big and easy to find. I also have outside cameras and able to tell who comes on my street but I'm wondering if they think I'm a fool because they bullsh*^* me every time. I won't allow this another time. Being a prime member and intense shopper I will call Amazon and make sure they know I wont accept the delivery from Dynamex anymore. FOR SURE the owner hasn’t seen the ball since kickoff.

Dynamex alias Tforce must be the worst company ever. My order from Amazon shows it was delivered and signed. The problem is, I was not home. So who the hell signed my package? Where was it delivered? I called Dynamex to complain and they never called back with an answer.

They delivered" a package today. I was home all day.The delivery person simply left the package in front of the door. He/She didn't even bother to ring the bell. I live on a street with a lot of foot traffic and the door is 3 feet from the sidewalk

So they just ring the bell probably AFTER they drop off the package. Pray to God that you don't live in an apartment and have the bad luck of not being home. If you are home, run to get your package as soon as you hear the bell ring. AMAZON...DO BETTER PLEASE

I have dealt with bad delivery service but they are by far the worst. They are now the reason why you should look who is delivering as to make sure it is not them. I have the same story as many others who have complained on the various dynamex companies you can find in Montreal.They said they were late and so they were going to deliver it within the next two days. I waited and at the end of the second day on a Saturday they said that they attempted a delivery and left a notice. I was at home all day waiting for it. There was no delivery truck in sight a no time and no notice to be found. Got a refund on amazon and complained. I would strongly suggest you do the same if it happens to you.

Worst delivery/courier service in Canada and therefore, naturally my package was STOLEN; with NO knock on my door, NO text msg, NO phone call(cell. or landline) and/or NO contact via 'call-box' at main entrance of my bldg; concluding that, as usual for them, the delivery guy left my package outside main door or, at most, drop-it in the vestibule of my bldg without contacting me, result: STOLEN
