Is it weird to say, “I love you” to your dry cleaner … OK to be fair, I said “I love you guys”!IMO GREAT service is underrated in todays economy, I have had to deal with poor service at a lot of places, but NEVER at A La Mode Cleaners.Suits, blankets, sewing, alterations, zippers, are a few of the items I’ve asked to be serviced here. A Daughter and Dad duo making things happen has left me so pleased today I said bye to Dad, he was so happy to realize he was being acknowledged. He is always there quietly working away. Then I said, “I love you guys, Happy Canada Day” as I walked out the door.I then did a double take outside. Yes you just told your dry cleaner you love them.The result of wowing your customer … and you know what … Im ok with this!

I brought my $1,200 duvet to be cleaned here. I paid for it upfront. When I picked it up it was in worst condition then when I sent it in, their was food stains all over it. I asked if she could send it back to be cleaned again. She said are you sure? it may come back even dirtier" I kid you not her exact words. I told her to clean it again. I should have listened to her

I brought my blazer to this place to remove a noticeable oil stain, and when I came to pick it up she mentioned that there was nothing she could do after charging me for a service that was barely done properly. Funny enough, a friend of mine recommended a simple solution and it got the stain off immediately! So my only question to the owners are, did you even clean my blazer? Anyways, moral of this story is don't come to this place - they'll charge you for a service that is not only mediocre but poorly done.

My go to for dry cleaning and alterations

I love A La Mode Cleaners. I have brought many pairs of pants here to be altered, even some shirts and a jumpsuit. Always done in a timely fashion and amazing work. My dad brings his shirts to get dry cleaned here as well as his clothes for alterations and he never has any complaints. I highly recommend!

Stay away from this place, if you forget anything in your clothes, they will never give it back and pretend they never found it even when you go back within an hour of dropping it off. The operator who is not the owner will pretend to be sweet to you while ripping you off
