Urban Pantry Restaurant
As the covid situation seemed to be getting better, I came here in the summer and ate outdoors. They seemed to be taking appropriate precautions.The food was pretty good overall. The deep fried curried cauliflower was the star of the show. I would definitely recommend it. The seafood pasta and caesar salad were good. However, the crab fritters were borderline inedible. Way too much filler in it - the texture was mushy and was a major turn off.I would recommend this restaurant as a good option that is outside of the city

Urban Pantry Restaurant
First time dining here and the food and drinks were incredible. The patio area and inside the restaurant were really nice. Thank you to our server, Dennis, for the great customer service. He was very friendly and accommodating when it came to any food allergies. The staff was great as well!Must try stir-fry noodles, ginger beef, coconut pineapple chicken, bison burger and steak burger. All of it was delicious. Definitely will come back and tell others!

It was interesting. Tried their burger with Montreal smoked meat. I thought it would've been on top but instead it was inside the burger. It was ok. The burger lacked toppings and their jalapeno brown sugar pickles tasted like regular pickles. Fries tasted good but unfortunately I got mostly small ends probably from the bottom of the bag. My wife really enjoyed her pasta dish though.

Urban Pantry Restaurant
Had a great Sunday brunch at this restaurant. Even though the place is busy, the server is very attentive and took care of all our requests. The food are amazing especially the Skillet with sausage, potatoes and eggs. Even the coffee taste delicious. Highly recommended.

I wanted to love this place.The ambience is nice and casual.Service is terrific.The food was not consistent:Apps were wonderful ( Shanghai rolls & crisply cauliflower).The mains were not what we expected for the price point:The French fries that came with my steak seems to be the broken pieces from the bottom of a bag, there wasn't one that resembled the length of a normal frie. It felt like they ran out of fries and made due with tiny pieces.As another person mentioned above, the amount of risotto that accompanies the scallops is ridiculous.Let me stress that the service is great & attentive.

Good food, but overpriced. The decor was cute and they had quality dishes to select from. Was a bit disappointed that the portion of the seafood risotto was quite small. I mean, it could have had more risotto at minimum. The drinks were a bit over priced for a 9oz. Overall liked it, but would rather have a bigger portion of food.

This place is fantastic for weekend brunch, the food was delicious and the patio was super cute. I've definitely be checking it out on future weekends because they seem to change the menu up, looking forward to it!!!

Urban Pantry Restaurant
I went to Urban Pantry for the first time last night. The food was delicious. My favourite was the broccoli salad. Unfortunately it took us about 40 minutes to get our food, so we had to rush our stay after we got the food. It was a busy Friday night, so I would love to go back for brunch and try that menu. Will definitely be back!

The place is quaint, open kitchen and truly has a nice vibe. What was odd slightly for a restaurant of this stature that their kids are occupying the front tables with their laptops, playing video games etc which caught us off guard..kinda felt like someone was doing double duty. On to the next, menu really awesome with great choices not vegan friendly but I am not vegan. We order a bunch of apps and drinks, 2 out of the apps super disappointed and ordered Mains...bison burger has zero flavour and it doesn't even fill the entire brioche it's literally the size of a meatball super bloody...I went home and got super sick and wrote the night off. Service is meh, and pricing is a bit outrageous, it's more than downtown Toronto.Definitely not a repeat.

Urban Pantry Restaurant
We came out of our way to check out this cute brunch location! Everyone was extremely friendly and the food was tasty! We ordered a mushroom benny with fries and the skillet. Both were very tasty and were large portions. Very tasty and savory I would recommend checking them out, hidden gem; maybe not so hidden as they have quite a lot of reviews but worth checking out!
