BOOKED APPOINTMENT - OWNER NO SHOW.Booked an appointment to have my dog groomed. I informed the owner that my dog is dog aggressive and she said it wouldn't be a problem as her dogs are kennelled outside. When I arrived there were dogs not kennelled and unleashed wandering on the property and ran up to my car. I couldn't take my dog out of the car in fear of something happening to the other dogs.To top it off, I called the owner to ask her to move the dogs so I could get out for my appointment and she informed me that she wasn't there and would have to reschedule, didn't even offer a discount. I drove 40 minutes to get there and she didn't have the audacity to cancel my appointment beforehand.
