Friendly and knowledgeable staffThey have variety of productsThe only downside is that they don't have a royalty system, meaning you won't make any points with any purchases to the cannabis. You can only use the points to get discounts on accessories. Maybe in future they can introduce some changes. But still I'd recommend this place because you'll get a good staff helping you out

When it comes to there point system it's terrible.they took over 60 points off our account for sweatshirt in December 2022 we have yet to receive and trying to contact head office in Calgary is impossible. The store doesnt honour the points they send you on a roller coaster hunt lol

Quality assurance is clearly not done here. I was sold 7g and knew it was definitely not 7gs the second I opened the SEALED bag. Scaled it up and it was 2.83g.. I understand if it’s slightly under, but that is just ridiculous. You would think ripping people off is not a good idea when you have so much competition around you. I will definitely not be returning to this place.

I l love going to spirit leaf. Not only are the staff extremely knowledgeable but they are so friendly. All the staff know me by name. I usually go there about 4-5 times per week. Just went in today and Chloe and Carter gave me an amazing customer service. Props to the owner who hires the best staff but these ladies go out of there way to service you. I suffer from severe anxiety disorder and marijuana has done wonders for my life.
