RHOME Property Management

I think I dodged a bullet by not accepting an offer to work for this company they made me pay for a criminal record check then refused to return to me, was promised upon hiring that it would be refunded. I have been trying multiple times over and over again to reach with the management and I have not yet seen the money. Do not even attempt to work for these guys. The offer was less than minimum wage for this job. The boss Peter seems like the most difficult person to deal with. And has even made racial comments about Black people while we were interviewing he seems very racist.that’s a fact! It was a complete waste of time!

I applied for a apartment at windsome place and dealth with someone named John. The terrible thing was they wouldnt tell you if your application is rejected or not. They just leave you hanging. I asked for an update they went oh still waiting for property management. Be honest and tell someone if you are not going to rent it to them so that they dont waste their time.

Rhome Property Management and BC associa management were amazing to deal with over the years. I have been with them for over 4 years and have never had an issue. They were always fast at responding to my emails and phone calls and always provided me with the information that I needed. Really bad company to work with, never moved into one of there properties but I can only image simply trying to get a tour, find availability, process the background checks was egregious. no response seems like they didn't want to bother dealing with me, which was strange given that I was trying to give them my money and rent there property (credit and all is A ok). Can only imagine what it would be like as a tenant of theirs, if they can't respond and work with prospective tenants. More then being a tenant for them, would be a hard choice to use them to manage your property, residence I had inquired about is still on the market ~ 5 weeks, better luck to renting it out yourself and managing the risk.
