We are so pleased with our new windows! Long Life did our whole townhouse. From start to finish this company paid attention to every detail. The team that came was friendly, professional, and clean!!! They left my floors cleaner than when they arrived! The caulking is perfect. The install was so smooth. Highly recommended!! I'm very lazy. I hate doing things twice so I'm very willing to pay for quality and that is exactly what we got working with Long Life Windows. We had a large window installation completed in September and I've waited until winter to provide this review to see the difference the new windows made compared to the ancient 1980s aluminum windows they replaced. The drafts have been completely eliminated (at one point my wife suggested we install a wind farm in the living room!) and it's costing less to heat our house (we've been here for 36 years so we have a lot of history.)This was a complex, challenging project -- I was told that there was not a window product offered by Long Life that wasn't used in our home. The product is excellent, and I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of the installers -- Josh and his team were just amazing. The attention to detail was obsessive and I'm fussy as hell! Long Life use their own staff, not contractors, and many have been with the company for more than 10 years. This was very important to me because the company must treat their staff well to retain them as long as they do, particularly in this industry. This business is family owned and everything is manufactured locally. Unfortunately this is increasingly rare -- It is getting harder and harder to find locally made products so it was a great comfort to be able to support the community we live and work in.I'm tough, with very high standards, and I struggle to find any criticism I can provide about the product, the installation, and the service delivered by Long Life Windows for this project. It's just frustrating that so few businesses today meet these same high standards.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish with Long Life Windows and Doors. The estimator was very informative and had a quote to us right away. The job started ahead of schedule and was completed on time and on budget as quoted with no surprises.The installation crew were excellent. Very friendly, efficient, tidy and the finished product is to notch. We are very pleased with our new windows.Thank you to the entire Long Life team for a job well done!

We were notified about a week ago that our new windows were in, and this past Friday and today were our install days. One word that sums up the purchase and install is “amazing!” The install crew were extremely careful and clean inside the house, very polite, and efficient is an understatement. 16 windows and a patio sliding door all done in 2 days!! I almost want to say too bad I won’t be dealing with this company anytime soon given the quality product and quality installation we just received today! 6 out of 5 stars for sure!!Joe and Gladys

Mike and his crew did a great job replacing several older single pane windows with new vinyl windows. They were efficient, professional, friendly and went above and beyond to get the job done right. Highly recommend.

We had the windows replaced on our home and chose Long Life as they used quality windows and took the time to remove and reinstall siding during installation instead of using the giant flanges other companies were quoting. The installation went great with the two person crew being respectful of the not only the garden they worked around but the fact that people were working from home. The quality of the install is great and we love the new look. They even caught and corrected some poor construction techniques from the original build! The only suggestion I could make is for the crews to check out the gutters below where they're working and clean out any fallen nails, staples and bits of debris like homewrap or insulation that may have bounced down. There wasn't much, but I wouldn't want it getting washed into the downspouts. A quick inspection on my part and drag with a rare earth magnet snagged them all. Even with that, I'd highly recommend Long Life for replacing windows on a home.edit: After leaving an initial 4 star review, Long Life reached out thanking me for my feedback and asking if there was anything that could be done to earn that 5th star. It's customer service like that that makes a company great. Fifth star earned.

Two high upper floor bedroom windows were replaced to eliminate traffic noise. From the proffessional very detailed quotation to installation completion I highly recommend Long Life Windows and Doors.Due to supply chain issues there was quite a long wait for the job to be completed, however, we were warned this would happen and LL kept us appraised at all times as to the progress. the windows were in their possession on a Monday afternoon and installation began on Tuesday morning. A great team if four installers arrived on time, a difficult set up with scaffolding in horrible weather of wind and rain did nor faze them. Amazingly fast, efficient, clean with 90% of the job completed on the first day and then a detailing" finish up on the next day of about 4 hours.It's a pleasure dealing with a well established local company with incredible service standards and when I called their office a human answers the 'phone …say no more!"

We just had our old patio doors upgraded to a new sliding door from Long Life and we are very happy with the results. The quality of both the door and the installation is excellent. From our initial, in-home consultation to the handover of the keys by the installation crew, the staff at Long Life were very professional and enjoyable to work with. We just got all 10 windows of our townhouse replaced by Long Life Windows. The team we had -- Curtis, Tim and two Peters were great. They were efficient, professional and detailed. Now that we have new vinyl windows and sliding door, our house is warmer, quieter and looks much better. Our only complaint is that the installation was significantly delayed.

We have wanted to replace our old ugly front door since we bought our house and could not be more thrilled with our new door.Thank you to Katie and Kris for their knowledge, expertise, advice - providing prompt and thorough quotes with several options so that we could make the best choice. And thank you to Rick (shown in the photo with the finished product) for his expertise with installation, attention to detail, and such a nice man and a pleasure to work with!We have not yet had the door painted, as we are still deciding on the colour, but the photos clearly show a new door that is beautiful (the before and after photos speak for themselves!). Also our old door had cumbersome hardware that was difficult to operate and our new hardware is so smooth and effortless. I felt so happy when Rick loaded the old door into his trailer to take it away!We highly recommend Long Life Windows & Doors for quality products, expertise and excellent service! We are hoping to replace our windows in the future and will definitely trust Long Life for that as well.p.s. I had contacted another local company for quotes but did not even receive the quotes by the time Katie at Long Life was placing the order for our door. When I did finally received quotes for SOME of the options I had asked for they were more expensive. If you want prompt service and best prices take your business to Long Life!
