PROXI CAMBRIDGE

I prepaid for 8 deluxe washes and used 1 of them ! the car wash does not work nor does it clean the exterior properly. I asked the manager for a refund of my other 7 and he declined to give me money back (he was very rude and condescending and yelling that he will not give a refund) I have the receipt for purchase 2 days ago with the arrogant manager refusing to give me my money back even with proof of purchase. The staff member working could see the car was not clean at all but said it was not up to her. I would highly recommend checking your car after the wash and you’ll see what I’m talking about. I simply asked for my money back on my pre paid washes and would not recommend this location to anyone if this is the service provided.

Everything is WAY over priced.
