Extremely pleased with my new front doors/screen (replaced solid doors with glass) and the service I received from Bavarian Windows. The glass was special order but the timeline was pretty accurate and the installation crew did a great job! (and cleanup!)

February 2023,A new sliding door for our basement walk-out installed by the Bavarian team, and as predicted/experienced on past projects, the workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail was excellent. Professional and competent from beginning to end. Dan, the sales guy, did a great job explaining our options for replacement window and sliding door and suggesting solutions to our home security concerns. The custom door was ready on schedule and the installers, Mike and Jordan, arrived on time, were friendly and polite, ensured that the window/door were installed and operated properly and did a really good job with the finishing trim. Everything was cleaned up, inside and out and the window/door looks great. Would definitely use Bavarian again.

Our experience with Bavarian was amazing right from the start. Our Sales Representative Justin Goodsell was helpful and informative without being pushy. He ensured our quote was honored even after the prices started to soar. We had over half of our windows replaced this past spring by Branden and Nick and - if I may - I would refer to them as the dream team! They were courteous and friendly, meticulous and thorough. The windows themselves are gorgeous (the framing too!) and we can't believe how much of a difference they make to our home! We cannot thank Branden, Nick and Justin enough for everything. We ordered a very high end set of patio doors from Bavarian, early last year. Despite the extremely high price (over $10k for one set of patio doors!), we were still given 9-10 months lead time. We splurged for retractable screens for an additional $1,000. The doors were finally installed just before last Christmas. About a month later, one of the retractable screens failed. Bavarian came and took the screen off and took it back to the manufacturer for repair. To our shock, they returned and re-installed the screen but seriously scratched the outside of the retractable canister. See the pictures below. When we called to complain about the damage, here was the reply: I spoke with our technician as well as the manufacturer to confirm. Your screen was sent back to the manufacturer in really bad shape

We have used Bavarian for our doors and windows and couldn't be happier with the quality and service. We asked for custom details for both and our vision was made possible. Installation both times went smoothly and cleanly with professional workmanship. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic experience. After two other companies said they had not seen our custom windows and could not recreate them, we contacted Bavarian Windows. Their service was exception from start to finish.They were able to recreate all the custom windows with special mullions or ledges throughout the entire house. We also had them replace a french walkout door.Matt and his team were amazing, professional, and the craftsmanship was stellar. Update, 2023: Balance of the windows have been replaced in our end unit townhouse.The supervisor Jason and his crew of 5 guys did it all in three days and left the place clean afterwards.They did great work again. I would recommend Bavarian Windows to homeowners or to townhouse Condo Boards.....We live in a Condo townhouse, Unit 8 in Guelph; they replaced the huge front bay window and a large rear window. The installers were courteous and cleaned up after they finished. Beautiful quality and the installation looks perfect!AND, then, without charge, they re-installed our complex system of California shutters, although this was not their responsibility... that went beyond our expectations.Early in the process, the estimator guy was friendly, helpful and efficient.

This is the second time I have dealt with Bavarian Windows. First for windows and now with a patio door,I had a very positive experience dealing with Vincent in sales,as well as Jay and his crew for an excellent installation of my patio door.The installation was an enlargement of a standard door to a patio door, We are very happy with the final results.They have given me a quality product as well as excellent service.I would highly recommend them for your window and door needs.
