I have been a regular here and I’ve had some great times with them. But 3 times now they have messed up my pizza. Either being not cooked, or completely messed up in the box. Or the wrong sauce. It gets to be annoying. Going to try a different Pizza Hut.

We where after a stuffed crust, nostalgia kicked in big time. The same as I remember it being, but a bit less greasy (a good thing). Service was fast, we where in and out in less than 45 minutes.One of the few Pizza Hut's left that still has a buffet.

I’ve ordered veggie lovers with stuffed crust… front guy was so much confusing and don’t understand what we’re trying to say, and we’re explaining in very simple language for replacing the toppings and he was not understanding plus giving attitude and no apology as it was his fault.Pizza was very bad and it was thin crust which we never told them to make that. Also very less toppings and in stuffed crust very less cheese and not cooked properly. I never recommend this store. Very very bad customer service and food is very bad compared to other pizza hut locations.

Went at 630pm on a Sunday with two persons. Very busy although only 4 tables present. Received appetizers the same time as pizza. Boneless chicken wings with honey garlic sauce. Pizza was stuffed crust with chicken breast, pepperoni and pineapple. While the food was great, service was not. Was never asked for refill of drinks nor how the meal was, food arrived 40 minutes after ordering. After finishing, we were ignored for 30 minutes until we were allowed to have the remainder of the pizza boxed up and pay.Food was great, but service was sub-par. Will think twice about going in again, maybe order out would be a better service.

I ordered pizza for delivery. I paid up front. Pizza never arrived so I called. Server told me multiple times pizza was delivered. I told them no". They kept on telling me to check front door. After the 3rd time I walked out in my socks around the corner of my front entranceway (see picture) and confirmed pizza wasn't there. I was willing to work with the restaurant to try and resolve the issue

Ordered bbq chicken pizza with red sauce n they made it wrong 2nd time in a row . Not my fault that you guys don’t read instructions. Guy at the front was being rude n attitude for nothing. And pizza I got very bad too much cheese.

Ordered a delivery time around 4:30-4:45pm from this location. Wasn’t even home yet and the delivery driver calls me around 4:22pm and told them I’d still be about 10 min till I get home and the driver gave me some attitude. 4:32pm exactly comes by, the driver is gone and phoned that he’s driving back to the store. The time frame of my delivery was with the range I got home. The store called and asked whether I wanted it and I declined. Poor customer service and poor attitude.

I don’t order from Pizza Hut very often and I get reminded why after I get home with my order. I decided to try the new Pizza Hut Melts and if anyone remembers the P’Zones(much cooler name) from 10+ years ago the new melts are almost identical and after I got home and opened the box I immediately saw something was off. There was no butter spray & parm on top like in the picture and it was actually pretty dry tasting I shouldn’t have to open the box before leaving the store but at least 8 out of 10 times I ordered something is always missing. I’ve had much better results at the North Albert location so it might only be the Quance Street location that has constant mistakes. On the bright side the staff at the store was very professional and the food itself was hot & fresh…but would I order it again? Probably not given how with just one thing missing such a the parm on top is enough to throw off the taste for me so I can’t in good measure recommend the Melts to anyone. Also on a side note when is the store going to open up for Dine in again? Ridiculous that it’s been closed for so long. The lunch buffet was king.
