EPCOR Tower

It's such an expansive main floor. So when RBC staff tell you to get out of the chairs for younger, maybe richer clients, you can go there and organize your banking results.I utilized the transit office and did my business, very successfully and with great pleasure. RBC what you reap you will show.I have enjoyed utilizing the business's located in the tower. The guards were very helpful. Oh, you know why I am miffed at RBC, I have a walker. I'm not rich, but telling me, a disabled person, to leave a chair for men 30 years younger than me. Not impressed. But I have noticed that with that bank. Give me your money and go away

This building is beautiful and clean with this absolutely amazing sculpture. There is a security /information upon entry.It is situated downtown city center among all the highrise building. Only down side it it not connected to a pedway.

Big, shiny and, clean building. Restaurants in here look really good, always busy so that's a good sign for them. Cool art installation in the main lobby area! Not a big fan or Epcor personally as the fee's for their products are far more expensive than the actual product.I would have added another star if there was pedway access into the core of downtown.

Common concern on behalf of all Edmontonians.Usage fee for electricity bill is $32.54 a monthAll administrative fees bring my total bill to $349 a month.Noticing a scam going on. Being charged for franchise fee's and unnecessary administrative fees. I'm paying $32.54 in actual usage but $316 in administrative fees.My furnace in my house is category I fan assist appliance. Extremely un-efficient. Reviewing my bill compared to spending $3000 to replace my furnace to a high efficiency category lV doesn't actually makes sense. The majority of my bill is FEE'S. Is it worth spending all that money.... NO! #1 reason not switching to a higher efficiency appliance is because of Epcor.Overall a really bad company. Takes advantage of their customers. Provincial regulation needs to be put in place to regulate this company. Bunch of crooks.Even if I want to switch utility company, epcor owns the lines. Fees follow even if you move.Epcor is a company that continues to add FEE's and there is no option of trying to get away from them.

From the 31st floor to the top there are 10 floors of high end apartments and 24 floors of top end condos. 4 high speed elevators mean the wait to go up or down is not too loong

The building is pretty but the lack of pedway access makes this building much less desirable during the long Edmonton winters. I always feel jealous of the people in the pedway system with no coats on.

First time in forty years that I got personal service from a big company. Someone actually looked into my account and they reduced the business deposit for services from 2100 down to 500 due to our low usage. Hats off to you guys or Christine specifically who gave me a call back I made the Proactiv customer service call

Parking for a concert, $20 with a person upon entry to garage, people directing where to park. Staff present after concert, present to direct out of garage. As downtown us sketchy, it was nice to feel safe in this facility.

Great building just north of downtown by a block. When it was built it was the first commercial high rise building in 30 years in downtown Edmonton. A great monolith of concrete and steel. The front entrance is easily accessible by all and is expansive. There is a huge bronze grizzly bear fishing for salmon as you enter, it is impressive. Great restaurant on the main floor Buco. There is a help desk that is staffed and they are friendly and helpful.
