These guys are the true spirit of a honest small town company. Very professional and honest. Please avoid Mike's refrigeration as they would only fix it to bill you again to come back again to fix the same problem to bill their frequent visits.

Hard to find a company that will service/clean old style window air conditioners, so it was very gratifying to find that Dorsett would do the job. The two chaps who did the work were pleasant, thorough and respectful about being in someone's home - taking care to keep floors and carpeting clean as they moved the units in and out. Three units done and re-installed in a little more than an hour and a half. Not a big job for Dorsett, but a big relief to me to have the work done professionally. Many thanks.
