Every time I go they mess up my order. I’ve worked at Tim’s for 4.5 years I know what it’s like to work in a fast paced environment, mistakes are bound to happen. But this location is consistently messing up. Staff are either poorly trained or do not care. This location has great potential if the orders weren’t always wrong.

The coffee at this location is constantly repulsive. I ran a test and bought a coffee here every day, what I've noticed is that the coffee is bitter to the point where it almost stings your tongue as if it's acidic, and usually tastes rotten. Today I got a hot chocolate in hopes something edible can come out of this establishment. I was wrong, the hot chocolate doesn't taste of chocolate, it tastes like Grey water smells or as if someone made it with a splash if compost juice. They need to either start cleaning their machines or get a water test, because it's actually repulsive. That's besides the fact that they never get a food order correct and it usually takes upwards of 5 minutes to get a coffee and donut.

I did a mobile order the day before yesterday. It gave me the option for pickup or curbside pickup. I chose curbside because when I went into the store you could not order at the counter you had to order at the drive-thru only. The place was busy so it didn't bother me that it took them a while to bring the food out to me. But once it arrived I was told that they didn't do curbside pick up anymore and that since it was my first time there during a covid lock down situation, they thought that they should let me know. I'm not sure why the option is offered on the website in that case. After I had left, I realized that the 2 reusable cold drink cups that I had purchased we're not in the bag or being used for my ice cap. So I did not receive them. And I really did not want to go back since I live 20 minutes down the road and had already gotten home. I have gone to this Tim Hortons many times before and every single time I go, they never seem to have the ingredients for the things that I actually want to buy. That also happened the day that I went there. I was trying to get a couple of farmers wraps. But they were all out on the website, and the only wraps available on the mobile order app were egg and sausage. You couldn't even get just the egg one. So I assume that all of them were out of order and they just forgot to include the egg and sausage one. This happens very frequently. Every time I go there, they are always out of something and it's usually something that they should have been aware is a big seller. I don't normally post large comments on establishments. But there was a lot going wrong with this one and I thought that the management and company should be aware of that.Add-on: 4 days later: went back to the same location and instead of using the mobile app with all the discounts that I could have applied to my order, I decided to try to go through the drive-thru since the mobile app still didn't have anything in the lunch menu available or any of the regular options available for food at all. And to my surprise everything was available at the drive-thru it's just not updated on the mobile app for customers to use. I would highly suggest that somebody teach that location how to update the mobile app so that people like me who like discounts and the deals that come with using the mobile app, can do so and still get the products that are actually available at that location. Just a suggestion. My experience with the servers have been fantastic however. Everybody at that window is a sweetheart. I have never had an issue with one of the workers they are hard workers. And they are fantastic people.

This place has continued to get worse. Some of the original great staff are still there but the new ones are not being trained properly. They run around with their heads cut off and no idea what the other is doing.I have worked in restaurants and you need to have staff in certain stations doing specific tasks.Wrong orders, staff yelling out they don’t have certain product, and don’t seem to know how to correct it or put new food out.

A welcome stop while on the road. We stopped her for a break from a Sunday drive and had a brief lunch of their chilli and tea. Love them both. The service was great and the atmosphere was good, as many of the locals were in attendance as is usual for many Tim Horton’s.

Alot of the faces are the same decent people that's been there since the early days for this location but some parts of service have definitely declined. Watching hot/ thawed raw food handled bare handed then handed to people before taking cash is a concern. I leave to avoid making a scene but if unsanitary practice is the new norm this location will continue to recede until an inspector catches it happening and puts a foot down.
