I just had THE MOST amazing facial with Robin. The other reviewers here were right - she has the loveliest touch and is so knowledgeable. Don’t let the fact that this is a chain deter you - the room setting, the products, the facial and the care and service was exceptional. Highly recommend.

It was my 1st year anniversary with my husband and we both enjoyed ourselves very much. The treatment that we got of massage was very relaxing and calming and it was the beginning of our beautiful day. Thank you so much to the ladies. Thank you Julia for the wonderful massage.

I enjoyed my experience. If they did direct billing to the insurance company it would be more attractive to me. The massage was thorough and the pressure was enough. The rooms are well appointed . They're Halloween decoration was super cute though.

My first experience here did not leave a good impression but I'm glad I gave this location a second chance with a different therapist. This time, I had a great massage from Denis who was very professional, friendly and customized the massage as needed. I would definitely recommend and be back to see him!

Amazing treatment from start to finish. I felt taken care of every step of the way. Clean friendly environment. Listened to my needs for my massage. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for either a massage or a facial.

Robin for facials!!! Especially if you have sensitive skin (I do). She brings all the moisture back in and has great product recommendations I now use regularly!Dorothy for RMT!!! Dorothy is so great at fascial release and really making this a treatment. She uses release techniques and focuses on relief without pain, and it has worked wonders for me. Great spot!

I had an excellent experience at the Beaches location on Kingston Road. The staff is super friendly. I got a massage with Jeff with whom I am very happy with. He's very professional and I highly recommend him. I finally found a Spa I'm excited to continue going to in the east end of the city.

Therapist may have spent 40 minutes for a 60 minute massage. Coughed throughout. Was a below average massage. When I mentioned to the front desk that I felt it was short and ineffective she asked how I wanted to pay. Did not feel any warmth or customer service at all. And btw I never give poor reviews but just could not let this go.

I always look forward to my monthly spa day at the Beaches location! The staff are very friendly and professional. Harsha and Suzanne are simply the best!
