They assisted me through the purchase in selecting the right options, never tried to upsell me, and took all the time needed for orientation upon delivery. Wayne strikes me as a genuine, honest and calm dealer with great insight. Highly recommended.

Not impressed! Just went in to the store to see about purchasing a pontoon boat and no one even acknowledged us! The lady behind the counter was more interested in the box she had then us. She didn't even say hello or ask how she could help us! Why would we ever spend our money there!

2021 X18 beauty boat - trolling motor a little undersized for the area we fish. Discussed with Don at North Country and he helped us find the proper upgrade to suit our needs. Overall responsive team, easy to deal with and they call you back.

Purchased a 215LR Stingray this season at the boat show in Kingston. From the start Wayne was straight forward and listened to what we wanted in a boat and help us build it the way we wanted. Absolutely no pressure to buy this or that just recommendations that turned into the perfect boat for our family. Highly recommend talking to them if you are looking for a boat.

I've tried multiple times to buy a boat from these guys. Obviously this is my own opinion as others have had good experiences. The First time our interaction was great but once I asked for a modification to my order the kind smile went away quickly and I became a nuisance to them. (Sorry but for $65000...I'm getting what I want in a boat). I paid the deposit and built one only to find out 3 to 4 weeks later that they didn't put the order in and now weren't able to order. Gave them the benefit of the doubt with covid and everything. Went back in to order a new one. Emailed and spoke with the salesman. Never heard back from them so I went in to talk, he wouldnt even look at you when talking with you. I was left with the feeling they don't care about selling boats and certainly didn't want to give me the time of the day... Regardless I went else where had a decent experience and got a boat. It's just too bad they can't be busy and still maintain customer service but I guess covid showed us the true colours of businesses like this one. Maybe when business slows in the future, they'll put a smile back on and try a bit harder
