Really enjoyed working with Wendy and Real. Friendly, prompt and professional service. I had to work out conflicting needs from the two neighbours I share the fences with, this means the style, height and scope changed at least 5 times - Wendy was very patient and understanding. The fence we went with was a 6ft pressure treated fence with 6x6 posts. My land is very rocky, so drilling the 4ft was quite the effort. The distance between posts fluctuates a bit, but I think that's a byproduct of manoeuvring the huge stones in the ground - you need to be paying attention to really notice. My neighbours seem to be pleased as well, there are two others that are planning on giving them a call after seeing the work.

I am eager to share my appreciation for the great work and talent that this amazing team put at our house. The first time I met Mr. Real I acknowledged his technical expertise and integrity......Mrs. Wendy was extremely patient and cooperative during the design process.....My gut feeling of trust and confidence was further strengthened when I met the technical team that came to the house for the first day of the project. My wife was impressed also with how well organized and neat they were. The end result ? An amazing deck that brought beauty to our house beyond our expectations. Words are not enough to express our appreciation and gratitude Mr. Real and Mrs. Wendy. Continued success in your projects and personal happiness for you and your loved ones.

Excellent service. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They built a beautiful new balcony for us that’s also up to safety standards. I also want to mention that after researching online, Proscape was the first company that actually visited us in person for an estimate. Every other place I called claimed to give a free estimate but ended up doing it over the phone instead. I highly recommend this company!

We are very satisfied repeat customers of Proscape. Over the years they’ve built us a sizeable deck with wide stairs, then a pergola over the stairs, and most recently a deck extension which they helped us design (our Covid indulgence). Proscape is a well-managed operation, from the office boss Wendy to the personable experienced carpenters through to the friendly hardworking apprentices. Owner Real is well organized, managing schedules, costs, employees, and on-the-spot client requests with the experienced skill of someone long in the business in this area. We have found them all to be proactive, tidy, timely, detail-oriented, and helpful with all related questions. Real and his team are skilled at dealing with unexpected glitches; they rescued us from six surprise hornet nests, several large boulders buried like icebergs, and uncovered enough rocks from which to build a showpiece garden. As always, all points of contact with Proscape this summer were useful, sensible and pleasant. We like them enough to have taken the time to write up this endorsement.

Excellent work done by personable and friendly folks. Took longer to complete the job than anticipated but they stayed within budget. LOVING our new front porch! These folks had done a great job building a deck for my son so I had confidence to give them a try. I wasn't disappointed!

We gotour fences installed by them 4 years ago and a beautiful 2 level composite deck this year with a built in spa.Our experience in one word: AMAZING!!!Wendy, is one of the most patient and pleasant individuals I have ever met. She took so much time to plan our projects with us , evaluating every material and style trying to respect our taste and budget. She even came light shopping with us.Réal who is in charge of executing work on site is super meticulous and his attention to every detail of every project is beyond this world! The five stars given are not perfunctory; the work Proscape did before, during, and after was professional along the entire timeline. We asked for and received multiple consultations beforehand; Wendy's patience was exemplary. Plans were submitted to the city, modifications were required, and Wendy redrafted to suit. Real (foreman) cast expert eye over any and all modifications as required before and during the build. We wanted a 'curved' form, and Proscape provided a solution (see pic). Workers were friendly and professional; the work got done over an applied four-day period. Real problem-solved along the way - a gate/door, part of the design, had been overlooked but later installed with zero grumbles: again, the work was done diligently, professionally, and met ALL the objectives lined out in the original plan and design. We had, alongside the join of the house, a small area that fell, technically, outside the scope of the design, but Real removed the rot and repaired the area, thus ensuring the overall integrity of the work. On completion, the crew cleaned the site very well and left the area in great shape. In summary, cannot recommend with enough enthusiasm!

Proscape redid a deck in mid-June 2022. Chose them partly based on the good reviews online. Sadly, they have not provided the high-quality work they promised. They never visited the work site during construction to verify the quality of the work being done. Before making my second and final payment I showed them my concerns regarding some cracked boards and other issues. They only agreed to redo some of the cracked and unevenly cut railings on the two visible/exposed sides of the deck (imagine various railings of different length!). As for the other concerns I showed them, they repeatedly reassured me that it was nothing to worry about. Unfortunately, only days after installation, some of the cracks on the boards (deck and stairs) began showing even more pronounced cracks to the point that some boards have literally split in two in their entire length. I contacted them mid-July to explain that I was concerned that some of the boards had now completely cracked in two, in their entire length, from end to end. I sent a detailed e-mail along with pictures taken during the construction and since, spoke to Wendy. She agreed to have Real come by on the following Monday (as they don't work on weekends). But, instead of a visit, I received an e-mail saying that they would not be coming and that based on the pictures they believe that the damages I showed them are normal and therefore they don't need to see the deck in person and will not be making any repairs. I regret trusting this company with my hard earned money. I have had to get third parties involved to help find a resolution. They have ruined what should have been a peaceful summer and provided a product that is unsafe. Any attempt to explain what is wrong with the project was meant with disregard (we are the experts, not you, we have 30 years experience , not you, we don’t need to see the deck to assess problems). Despite correspondence and pictures, everything the client says is false and everything they say is correct. Please think carefully before you hire them and trust them with your hard earned money.

Our beautiful deck was completed in late October 2022. Absolutely a wonderful experience working with Wendy and Real. We decided to go with composite because we had a cedar deck before. I wanted maintenance free and easy to clean. Wendy was so helpful with coming up with a design - always answered and returned my calls and emails quickly. We had a few other quotes and also no shows from other companies but my gut in the final decision was to go with Proscape. I can say that Real and his team were incredibly professional and went over my expectations of the end result. Wendy also helped with the decision of the railing and suggested the supplier we used.
