Revera Arbour Heights Long Term Care Home

In this difficult time all I can say is WOW - WONDERFUL! I am so pleased with the care my mother has received during the lock downs. The support for my father also. THANK YOU - thank you -thank you.

My great uncle just moved in from another facility in Bath, On. From the moment we moved him in I could tell there was a stark difference. The staff is super friendly, everything is very clean and bright and everyone seems happy. Everything is modern but not to the point where it loses its appeal as a home and not just an institution. They have a daycare integrated with the facility where there is interaction between young and old, something I feel is very important.

When this place terminates youth employee, they do not process their remaining pay owed.Granddaughter has been trying for over5 weeks to get the money owed to her.

It's a wonderful place for elderly people to come to retire. Friendly staff, lots of activities, and an extremely clean environment.

Today an update. 2700$ a month gets you breakfast with no utensils and dirty fingers to eat it with because when family ask for help the well paid staff are to busy they say.Then over an hour and 15 mins later....yes I timed, it they come in after the family has already done all the care. I could go deep in explaining the environment but it's gross! I can't wait to hear from my loved ones POA when you call and tell on this review again. This is a public forum and our only outlet to describe care to others so they don't have to endure this. 1 star as they will not allow me to post with nothing.I have written reviews before to speak of the horrible care and safe keeping that the staff provide to my grandmother. Unfortunately with today's bed crisis there is no where else for her to go. If I did not have a young family I would care for her at home. She pays handsomely for her private room that is always disgusting. No care is taken of her personal items as they are tossed in drawers and closets. Staff are very unprofessional and rude to family. And when management is approached of course they care for their staff more then they care for their residents! They support and hide their actions and cover up for them. Let see how long this takes to be erased.

Very friendly place the staff is great nice to visit and smoke free

Stay away from this place. It's all about business. My mother was there just over 2yrs and was in Emerg more then 39 times with pneumonia. Almost died a few times in ICU. She was moved to St Marys of the lake hospital in Nov 2016 and has not once been sick with anything. The day she left Arbour Heights she went up hill. This is a horrible place.

Did my placement here for psw from college..and they hired me. Been working here for the past few months. I have been treated really nice from staff here and I'm happy to be a part of the team!

I'm not sure about the care they provide their clients. But the place is kept very clean. Cleanliness must be a priority at this institution.

Absolutely horrible management and abusive to staff if you care about not only your loved ones but the staff that care for your loved ones please pick a home not owned by revera company they are all extremely predatory and will punish any staff that try to speak out about the inhumane working conditions
