I bought a LV purse had one spot inside for $808 CAD .no biggy. Bought my first one in the LV Store; Speedy 30 for $1500 . Love the deal .

Bought two very expensive watches before Christmas advertised as brand new. Both came damaged and used/scratched hardware. When I contacted costumer service they took several days to reply then said all our products are checked for quality before shipping and it’s final sale. I send several photos to show damages then they still claimed it’s passed 10 days delivery date and offered me $25 refund on each watch that cost me over 1k. This company is a scam. False advertisement and they will send you damaged products then claim it’s final sale and that’s it. Do not fall for it. Go to outlets yourself and buy the stuff there for cheaper. With their added fees the products are not even worth buying for a final sale knowing you can’t return if it’s damaged. They are so shameless!!!!

Started shopping with them a few months ago and recently noticed a decline in over all customer service.Came out with VIP only accessible through APP purchases, on iPhone ONLY;Leaving items that Instagram customers and Android users don't have access to.During sales/ items posted to IG, get confirmation email which they take money for with 1-3 weeks to ship, then 2-3 weeks later either out of stock by merchant or inventory issues unable to fulfill, then take 2-5 additonal days to refund your money.Not sure what happened during their Versace sale, but purchased a bracelet and earrings for a set, and then 2 weeks later advised earrings were sold out. Purchased another bracelet during Versace and received an empty box no bracelet and now waiting on investigation with courier with an additional 2 weeks time frame and been trying to get an update or clarification on next steps and they're quiet...

Ordered 1 item, waited 5 days no updates. Emailed for update, got refunded without an explanation. Then 2 days later for a reply said shopper cancelled an order. The customer experience felt unprofessional considered the $10M investment funding this co received.

I’m very apprehensive about buying designer anything but direct but I have purchased from ShopThing a few times now and I have to say … I’m really impressed! The Shoppers are always pleasant/responsive to answering my questions, my items come exactly as described and there is a lot of transparency with regards to shipping/delivery etc…If you love buying designer but also love getting a good deal I highly recommend!

This company’s a scam. If you purchase a VIP membership it can ONLY be cancelled via email, however, no one ever responds to your emails so they’ll keep charging you well after you cancel.Purchased a pair of shoes and was sent two different sizes for the right and left foot. They advertise returns within 10 days so I reached out via email immediately and have had no response. Ditto through IG, they left me on read. Now I’m out hundreds of dollars for their mistake.Customer beware, you won’t get a response or your money back, and will need to file a chargeback.

Love this app! Such a fun way to shop for different designer brands! Shipping is either on time or early. They are very prompt at responding as well. You can even follow your favourite shoppers and request notifications for their upcoming events.

Awesome prices. Purchased a few gifts for my wife over the last two years. Happy with the discounts that I would have spent full price for otherwise.

I have purchased a few items from ShopThing. Their communication via email was excellent as I received order updates and shipping confirmation. The handbag I purchased was on mega sale. I am shocked at how they find these amazing deals! I saw the same handbag at full price.I am a very happy customer and am looking forward to more great finds from ShopThing!
