We came here to fix an engine problem that Rick easily found out it was spark plugs. The service was fast and with a really reasonable price.We were traveling and he put us back on the road in a day...Rick is a good mechanic so you should not hesitate if you need to take your car to his shop.

The best way I think I would describe Rick is that he is honest to a fault. A fresh change from the stereotype of many garages. I trust Rick completely and am never worried when I take one of our cars to him to work on. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.

Just moved here from the lower mainland.Dropped in to have an out of province vehicle inspected.Rick was attentive and helpful. Walked me through the process.A few things need attention. Pointed out what had to be done to get it safe... and what should be done, but not necessary right now.This Customer service is RARE in the lower mainland. Thanks Rick.

Everyone here seems to go out of their way to help you and do it in the most efficient, honest, cost effective way possible. My partner and I were passing through Port Alberni where our car broke down. Rick heard our problem and took a few hours out of the day to see to it that the car got back on the road that day! Would recommend to everyone. We are so grateful we broke down in this town because everyone has been so helpful here!

5 stars just doesn't seem like enough ,these guys are great . We are on a road trip from Ontario and had a warning lite come on , We showed up at closing and they didn't bat an eye , check my wheel bearing and had me come back at 8 the next morning and had us back on the road by noon . Thank you so much , just wish you weren't so far from home

My car broke down on my way to Tofino from Victoria on a friday night at 4:30 and Rick stayed LATE on a friday night to change my oil pump. Him and his wife were so so so kind, he test drove my car after and did an amazing job. The price was so fair. I am so grateful and blessed for Rick and his shop. If you're ever in Port Alberni be sure to give Rick a call!!!!! :)
