Theodore & Pringle Optical in Real Canadian Superstore

Staff were GREAT, masked and distanced, and the Product & fit was Very Good compared to previous optical shop

The optometrist at the location was really nice and good. However, the staff member working when I went to purchase the glasses , was belligerent and rude. Not only to me but the gentleman in front of me. I left the store without purchasing my glasses and will try another outlet.

We shopped several stores in Portage and Winnipeg for my wife's glasses and couldnt find what we were looking for. We had almost given up and then we thought, maybe we should try Superstore. We were so impressed by the selection. It was easy to find the glasses and sunglasses we liked. And the sale price was amazing. We happened to hit the 2 for 1 sale. And if that wasnt good enough, the service was even better. Evagelia was so helpful and so pleasant. She made shopping for glasses a pleasure. I don't ussually write reviews but this time I just had too. My wife and I were so impressed.

Exceptional service, fantastic people. Friendly and responsive. I personally strongly recommend.

Looks like sales only. No repairs
