An incredible management team. A great company to work for, offering diversified tasks, in multiple jurisdictions. Excellent work environment. It is a great company to see the world with!! I enjoyed a lot of autonomy with this company and was given a chance to grow and expand my experience and knowledge. It was a very rewarding experience. Canadian Northern Mining is an incredible company to work for. The company moves at a fast pace, so work is never boring. Senior management works as long and as hard as everyone else in the business to try to deliver things that other companies couldn't achieve. Leadership is totally committed to succeed in all areas. Tangible delivery of new projects and meeting operational challenges means that people in off-site roles can actually see the work they do contributing to the business. It gets better every day for employees. It's an amazing and exciting place to be!

Great Company with excellent work ethics. Lots of challenges, interesting projects and international travel. Great discussion on the progress of projects. Workplace culture is excellent as there is respect among one another. I think management is doing a great job considering the constantly changing industry parameters, and it is all about adapting to change. I highly recommended this company
