Terrible service. The driver in my area keeps not delivering packages and claiming missed delivery" I called and they said he has a emergency

Many people like to complain when they think the service is not up to the standard they expected but very few people write to compliment good service. I was at Purolator a few days ago, it was busy, the phone was ringing and only one person was behind the counter, probably lunchtime or someone was off sick. The person in front of me was complaining about something but the lady behind the counter was trying to help and kept smiling through all his bad temper. When it was my turn she was very friendly, curtious, and still smiling. I asked her for her name, it was Stefanie. That is good service!

The staff of the local depot are always friendly. When you can speak to them. Getting through is like pulling teeth, my last attempt at speaking to a live rep had me on hold for over 45 minutes and then 20 more to get through to the Penticton Branch. The hours for pick up are unfortunately close to useless. 9 to 5 Monday to Friday is fine if you live in Penticton, but if you live in the surrounding areas such as Summerland or OK Falls and work a normal Monday to Friday job you cant just run into the depot to pick up your parcels during lunch, as the last employee I talked to suggested I attempt to do. My largest issue is that drivers only do one load a day so if you get a larger item delivered it can be delayed 2 or 3 days until they have room on their truck for it.

My coupon code for a discounted shipping wasn't working off my phone, the lady there helped me and got me one that worked. She saved me some good dollars and it was much appreciated. Thank you for great customer service.

The tracker says that my item has been delivered but there is no package at my door. This didn't happen just once but twice.

We cannot say enough good things about the women at Purolator! They are friendly, efficient and extremely helpful! As a business, we super appreciate being able to have a great relationship with other businesses that we visit frequently! Keep up the great work!

Shipped my wife's bike to Ontario with additional accessories. The tracking notification has it at their Ontario hub facility, but they can't seem to find it! A nearly-100 pound box with a bike in it! Any compensation? Nope. Absolutely shocking incompetence and, most likely, theft.Would leave 0 stars, if I could.

Only positive experiences with Purolator. Always great and friendly service from their drivers at my business as well efficient and friendly service from Stephanie at the store.

Time and time again deliveries are delayed then I am expected to drive 20 min to the depot to pick up the packages I have paid to have delivered to my home. So I am paying for home delivery and then end up pay again to drive and get my package. I would call and have the delivery rescheduled but who has the time to wait 45 min on hold. I will never use Purolator again if at all possible.

I use many different courier companies and Purolator is my favorite! They deliver in the morning rather than the afternoon which works way better for my work schedule. Their tracking service is really good and the driver is always super friendly!
