I had really terrible experience with the receptionist lady . Her attitude towards people is so rude and unacceptable. I was making sure if I was in the right place i showed her the bussines card, she looked at it and threw it on table in anger tune and gesture

Put in a request 3 times to have my fire alarm fixed it keeps beeping n one came to fix it . Its been like that for the past month bugging me and other tenants. My kitchen sink is backing up nothing done about it. My ceiling is peeling nothing is being done about it basically they seem to not care about their tenants except their money it's ridiculous.

Over a year ago, asked for help with cleaning my balcony and bedbugs. Zero response with it. They only care about getting paid not the health and safety of the residents, before Covid it's a joke like the buildings they have. Didn't clean or do anything before I moved in.

City Housing Hamilton employs and supports addicted racist assaulters and vandals. Phil Lee their building attendant assaulted a vulnerable woman, I was repeatedly vandalized and intimidated even after an emergency move after over a year. Ostracized and under attack for his wrong doings and entitlement. Their staff are bottom feeders, this man Phil Lee attempts to take for himselfand his own family from low incomeseniors and gets violent if not accommodated and Housing authorities turn a blind eye and allow it totally falling down on their mandate to provide safe affordable housing to lower income Canadians.Totally corrupt organizaton several attempts were made to speak right up to the top level management about violence and bullying which were ignored forcing a decision to leave for safety reasons and now they are threatening collection from circumstances for their negligence.Hateful covert people such as this allowed incites an atmosphere of hatred towards individuals and actions such as this organization chooses is psychological abuse known as victim shaming.Totally unfit and all funding and properties should be diverted to all other housing providers shutting down this corporation entirely.Housing Hamilton feel they need make former tenants accountable for what they feel is owed them when they take zero accountability for failing their mandate and stand by their violent abusive staff. Explain how assault is acceptable for a building attendant seeking more financial gains. It is time Housing Hamilton accept their responsibilities. This man stalked, violated and vandalized.Philmore Lee, then 53 of Toronto charged with possession of stolen goods having taken part in an armed robbery of a Liquor Store. How is this individual still amongst the vulnerable of society as a staff member assaulting and stealing.

Been on the list 20 years my kids grown now lol . As Canadians were very unfortunate, especially the competition with immigrants and big families in housing, I just don't get it . Suicide rate is high . Does Ontario care ...Nope !!! I guess this is the way to eliminate or cut down the population. In life I can finally say I'm tired and feel defeated.

just ew. The units are horrid. Water stops working every other day, mildew started growing in the corner of the unit. I have seen mice in the staircase. The employers will treat you like you are to blame. They are so rude and have no professional customer-service etiquette at all. They say they will fix the problem but NEVER follow-through, you constantly have to remind them to resolve issues. I highly recommend that you save your time and seek other options before even considering giving City Housing Hamilton a chance.

The Facts Are : 1) Bldg's are 'wide open' to Transients and The Homeless coming and going, ...esp w Cold Weather. So expect to see the 'People of The Street' / less fortunate, trying to find Shelter within Bldg's. (ie. And Urine, etc, in Stairwells does happen.)Access to Bldgs is Easy, for Anybody.2) Many Bldg's are over-run w Bed Bugs and Cockroaches, an endless problem ...... to which an Active Wide Spread approach to contain it, is Not happening.Again, it is
