Cheap, ch#nese place. These folks bought my car that had low mileage but needed major engine work (2-3k$) plus parts, just gave it a wash and relisted it for original price +4500$. A week before they bought a low mileage car that needed 4-5k$ engine repair plus parts, but they just washed it and posted for original price +9000$Hey hucksters, we are local automotive enthusiasts know you very well. Few weeks ago i saw a RX350 on Jc motors website. I called right away and tried to put down a deposit. Sadly it was sold. What was surprising was that my salesperson Lucas kept my number and called me right after they got another Rx350 in the lot. He let me had the first dip. The vehicle wasn't even posted on the website yet. That WOW me because it saves me a lot of time looking for one on my own. Yesterday i took the ferry from Victoria to their dealership. The vehicle was exactly like the video he showed me and inspection was done. BEST THING WAS THE DETAILING OF THE VEHICLE. Made it look like a brand new vehicle. fast and hassle free deal. Drove the vehicle home happier than ever. Thank you Lucas.Had to show a picture. Even till today i'm surprise how clean can a used vehicle be.

I just moved to Vancouver from Toronto 3 days ago but i have been intouch with Ivan for 2-3 weeks regarding for a vehicle. I have no experience with buying a vehicle at all. I found a post on Marketplace and got in contacted with Ivan. He called me right away and anwser all my questions. From step one to finish. Today, They offered and picked me up from the airport. Came into their dealership and I am driving away with my first car in BC!! I would say the deal took 30 mins. Inspection report and carfax was shown and explain really clear and well. They showed me the inspection from before when they took the vehicle, and after on what they fix and everything. Which it made me feel very safe. I recommend anyone that is looking for a vehicle to come to JC Motors or contact them. They will get you on your next dream car. Thank you Ivan and JC Motors!!

Really rude customer service…. Me and my friend came too look for a car… we didn’t like it… and we were forced to buy the car because they said they kept on hold to sell us… but when we checked car engine sounds bad…. No back up camera was showed in the advertisement and their representative was telling the power of dealership guys that “ no other person is nice than me or i could be really rude” dont visit them no idea how too deal with the customers we could increase our budget but the guy didn’t ask us Didnt even bother too talk or suggest anything

Dishonest and very shady dealer. We agreed with a price and he would fix the issues. I put a deposit on a used Mazda 5 which had some issues with a major problem with Qthe sunroof. Ivan kept saying it is being fixed. I had to call him to check status. He than wanted more money to help pay for the fix. After a month, he said he can't fix it and issued me a refund. Right after the same vehicle was posted sold on his website. I would avoid this place at all cost!

The people who work here sold an Acura with an ongoing phantom battery drain" issue to a bereaved woman with a sick father and no discernable car knowledge.They did it knowingly

Lucas and Ivan helped us out with great friendly and profesional service. They didn't rush us into an as-is deal, they worked with us and looked after a couple of small issues with the vehicle we were interested in and made for a great used car buying experience. A good price (for this market) and a good condition vehicle. Fair price and great service all in all.

Great little place. We went in knowing what we wanted and made a deal with Lucas. He was very accommodating, slightly negotiable, and even knew about the previous owner of the car because he bought it himself for the lot. Would recommend
