Pineridge Children's Centre

A big thank you to the staff at Pineridge Childrens Centre on behalf of our family. We always felt our daughter was cared for with kindness and professionalism. We trusted the team 100% whether it was for after school care or summer camp. We have been with Pineridge for over 5 years and we’ve watched our daughter blossom into a responsible and awesome young person. Special thanks to the team lead by Cindra, and June, nourished by Mandy:) and the staff over the years: Rachel, Katie, Michelle, Brianna…and Nelly! Thank you!We really felt part of the Pineridge Family and give great credit to them for their part in helping our child grow with joy, respect and friendship around her!

Takes great care of my children

I was less and less happy with them as time went on. We've used some nicer day cares in Ottawa where the kids were learning, doing art and getting something out of it.They cared far more about getting payed than about anything else. I never missed a payment. They charged us for services we didn't use, and I paid them anyways because any dispute about the service I was told that other people are waiting to take these spots. When I told them, I was leaving they said we had extra missed payment from a year ago. I've been gone for most of a year now and they are still harassing me saying I owe them money.I had to talk to them about the food when my kids wouldn't eat the tuna fish served. I was told that tuna is only served once ever 3 weeks. Within a day or 2 they were served tuna fish again. My 4-year-old couldn't even eat it.There are other issues I could get into.
