OK Tire

I would not recommend this place!They have very little parking for their customers, they only take walk-ins and are closed on the weekends.Such an inconvenience.We had ordered our tires through them and the guy that took the order said we had a better chance getting in because we bought the tires from them. That wasn't true! We went an hour before the opened and there was a huge line and we had another appointment so we couldn't stay. Went back 45 minutes after they opened and was told they were booked and to come back the next day. We wanted to guarantee a spot so we showed up at at 5am! No one should have to stand outside at 5am in 60km winds, why not just take appointments?! I'm sure you'd have no problem filling them!! Our family has been sick since that appointment, yes we dressed appropriately but 60 km winds for a couple of hours!!! There were elderly people standing inline waiting as well. There was a cop standing a few people behind us going on about the fact he's a cop ok tire makes their work a priority.Where is the respect for your customers?I plan on never going back unless they decide to start taking appointments and get rid of the first come first serve cr@p.

Sheared a couple studs off my work truck and needed to get them fixed asap. Called right at 8am and they had me in for 10 and got the truck back to me by 3 when no other shop could even fit me in that day. Good work and much appreciated.

PLEASE do yourself a favour and come here next time your car needs anything done. I know absolutely nothing about cars but came in with a flat tire from a nail. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, we’re so friendly and understanding, got me in within a few hours and had my car back and perfect within that same day. Such a great staff and location. They will be my recommendation for anyone who asks. so beyond impressed and thankful at how smooth and honest they made the process as i was a bit nervous knowing nothing about cars or what to do. they really care about their customers here and it shows. thanks guys!

Incredibly kind staff. After having our car towed from Hixon OK Tire said they didn’t have any appointments available but if I left it with them the staff would try to look at it between jobs. Who offers to do that? OK Tire does! My grandson’s Easter gift was in the trunk and they went above and beyond to get the electronics working enough to open it. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I’m giving you a million stars.

Fantastic experience. I had a wheel with a stripped bolt from cross-threading the lug nut back on. I called around to see if any auto shops in town could look at my car that day, and all were busy. They recommended this place, and I drove over.Professional, fast, and honest. I felt so grateful that they were able to help me replace the stripped bolt within an hour, and showed me the price breakdown. If you're stranded and need an honest place to go, go here!!

had a very bad day walking around in minus 40 all dam day cause of a flat broke frustraded and cold these guys changed my tire for me put it on my car said no worries get cha next time wow just amazed great company great guys thank you so much

Purely from a customer service stand point, 5 stars. I don’t live locally and I knew my truck wouldn’t make it back home with out a repair. Unfortunately they were booked solid but they spent the time calling around and found me a place that could squeeze me in short notice. They took a lot of stress off my shoulders doing some quick leg work for me that they didn’t have too.Thank you

Did exactly what they said they would . Tires were swapped and balanced within an hour.
