My Husband call twice in 2 days, a different person answered each day and said he would receive a call back within a few hours for a consultation and quote. Both days passed without a call back or any type of follow up. When he placed the second call he told them he called before and received no call back. She looked at the system and said oh I see you called before I will put the message through again, no apology, no explanation.I can't comment on the actual work but the customer service factor is terrible.Now I will be going with another company as I can't wait around forever to give my money to someone.

I found Adam to be very professional and service oriented. He was extremely knowledgeable about planning all aspects of building the deck we wanted, to meet code, and get a municipal variance. As we discussed the project, we requested several changes to the final design and Adam was very patient incorporating our “afterthought” ideas, even after the project started in 2014. He also worked with us to coordinate our project with another contractor to ensure our high quality stunning screened-in sun porch was covered with the specialty roof we wanted. Implementation of our deck project was conducted by a very professional and talented work crew, attentive to detail, and Adam kept us informed at every step of the project. Adam and the crew returned the following spring to replace our fences. Being completely satisfied with the results, we had them build a storage shed and patio on the side of our house in 2015. All of these projects are just stunning. Our house backs on to a school park and we often receive compliments from passersby about our deck. Last night (June 1, 2016) while I was out gardening, a couple of boys about 10 years old stopped and told me how gorgeous (that's the word they used) the deck is and that it’s just the type of deck they want one day!

We worked with Matthew on our project and we were very happy with the communication and quality of work we received! Everything went incredibly smoothly and they were able to work with the design we had envisioned. Communication was very easy and, after almost 6 months with our deck, we are confident to say that it is an excellent quality structure. They even installed a permanent metal gazebo that we had purchased from Lowe’s. They worked it into the railing design and it looks great. We would highly recommend working with Matthew on any project!

Adam and his team created the perfect deck for my family and we are thrilled with the final result. Their dedication, attention to detail, and their carpentry and construction skills went above and beyond to create our ideal deck. Adam's design incorporated our priority to ensure the safety of our pets which resulted in a screened in upper deck porch along with a lower deck. We are going to enjoy this unique addition to our home for years to come. Many thanks to Adam and the guys - great job!

Well Adam I found to be ignorant. Too busy talking rather than listening to his customer. Telling me how great he is ! Although promised a quote within days it never did see one, which is probably for the best. Be cautious with this crew.
