I had a big problem with my denture that appeared suddenly, and went there expecting that fixing it will be a long and problematic procedure, at the cost of several thousand...It was a great luck to deal with Dr Jean-Guy Violette. He had my denture fixed in the matter of 30 minutes, charging 80$ for it! Very impressive and efficient!Great service overall. Highly recommended.

The staff is always very helpful and accommodating. Dr. Therien is very thorough and takes the time to explain things well. She has a great bedside manner and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Therien and her team.

Always clean and professional bilingual services. Very well organized as they send follow up reminders and emails of appointments. Staff is always very freindly and great with the kids. They do direct insurance billing which is awesome!

I visited regularly this dental center since 2010. I was very satisfied: got appointments very quickly, got all my dental jobs done fast and very good quality, friendly staff, just great. Well unfortunately things changed in 2023. I had an appointment for dental cleaning for beginning of April. I decided to call today (end of February) to move my appointment for March because I have some traveling coming up so I wanted to get that part done before I hit the road. They told me that they have only 2 hygienists at the moment and they book for end of August right now. I told them that I will go to another dentist and they didn’t seem bothered by it. Very disappointed, after 13 years , my relationship with this place came to an end, it’s time to move on to a place who can offer me fast appointments and quality work.

I had dental work done by Dr. Therien to fix the appearance of a tooth. She was so kind, informative and efficient. I absolutely love the work she did and am still so happy with the results weeks later. Thank you so much!

My son has sensory issues, he hates wind, water spraying on him, etc. The dental hygienist was amazing with Liam. She explained everything to him, showed him on his hand how it would feel and he had a scary but very positive experience!!!! I’m so glad I found this dental clinic, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Modern equipment and friendly staff with central accessibility on Prospect St. As a new patient I was able to even get emergency work before even having had my new patient exam. So far I have only been twice and enjoyed the hygienist’s chat while in the chair. My spouse goes next week and I like being able to get put on cancellation list if appointments are too far away.

I went here for years and I am changing dentists. This place has become too corporate, for example if they didn't get like 5 bucks back from insurance they will call multiple times and email you and harass you to pay it instead of me just paying next time I come in. last time I was in one of the payment specialist argued with a customer in front of me about the cost of a procedure. So unprofessional and they always switch up your hygienist without telling you.
