Hayward's Bike Shop

I was impressed with the level of care they took to find my needs for the issue I had with my bike. They had the parts to make the bike work for my requirements and at an affordable price. I do recommend highly this shop if you need work for your bike or need parts/accessories.

Huge Shout out to Haywards Bike Shop...If you have not been into their local Bike Shop then you definitely need to check them out..they always provide me with the best customer service and go out of their ways to make sure I am happy..This time I bought a 3M ride wrap kit for my bike and after realizing it could take me upwards of 6-8 hours to do myself I sent Haywards a msg. I now have my bike back and it looks AMAZING. Thanks Kevin, Brian and everyone at Haywards.

Great selection of bikes, it's packed to the roof with everything from Dutch bikes to fat tire eBikes. Mostly mountain bikes though. Owner is very friendly, and knowledgeable. A great place to buy a bike, parts, apparel or accessories. They also take trade-ins.

Haywards bike shop is a fantastic place for beginners and connoisseurs alike. I am perpetually impressed by the customer service, knowledge and skill displayed by staff. Despite being a small shop, the folks here will help make whatever you need work. I have so many good things to say about this store, but the best thing to do would be check it out for yourself!

The BEST bike shop in the Saint John area by far is Hayward's Bike Shop .These guys have been so kind to me, answering all my questions, showing me proper bike care etc. But today takes the cake, my back tire got loose and came off while I was biking in the Plaza for errands. Without hesitation Hayward's Bike Shop sent someone over to help me put my tire back properly and made sure I was okay as i was nervous to do it myself. They wouldn't take any of my money for this. THIS is a good shop. I already prefer to go to them for everything bike related, but I encourage everyone to. They did not have to send someone to help me out but they did. SUPPORT LOCAL cause they support us!Thank you Haywards Bike Shop! I owe you guys big time!

Had to wait 8 days longer then I was told it would take and went 100 dollars over what I told them not too.Edit: did NOT get contacted. So just another thing said to make me happy but did not follow through with.The rest of the reviews might be correct but my experience is nothing like them. Very unhappy will not recommend.
