Longmoor Terrace Apartments

Having living here for over 20 years, things deteriorate. Throughout covid there was issues with my family’s kitchen that needed to be addressed. Speaking with management for a few weeks as well as a few consultations with contractors to figure out the best way to approach everything, we got pleased when Alina and staff ultimately decided to redo our entire kitchen to comply with building standards to date. Although patience was a virtue (everything was in back order as we were just emerging from the pandemic), within 3 months I walked in to a whole new kitchen. Alina was extremely helpful and made sure to keep us in the loop the entire time with all updates she had. Difficult run ins with older management in the past but the entire place has turned around and become somewhere that I am more than happy to call home!

Old building managers were amazing. New one takes forever to respond. Pretty expensive considering I’ve had more than 5 leaks (2 causing holes to be put into walls that they still haven’t fixed) now there’s bed bugs in the building and they did one treatment than made us deal with the rest. Wish it wasn’t the cheapest in the area or I’d be gone over night.
