Used to be a good company - once again, deplorable customer service! - my parcel which is perishable items made it from Amazon, ONT to Kentville, NS in 24 hours and each day since they write that it’s out for delivery in 80 degree heat, and each day at 8pm they mark it delayed (I LIVE 50 MIN AWAY) it’s been 6 days and counting- I called the phone number on their site and it’s out of service, if you want their new number you have to pay $3.89 for it!! I’ve told all the companies I buy from NOT to use them! It’s beyond ridiculous! Obviously it’s been sold like many other long time companies in Canada and the new owners are running it in the ground by deplorable service. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY

Delayed my shipment due to weather that was not actually bad weather. My package is about a two hour drive away however, I now have to wait three extra days to receive my package AND I don't get a refund of any sort of it happens to arrive three days late, only on the fourth day late will I qualify for any refund .... Kind of messed up systems we have, glad I was not relying on this package for medication or something life saving because an express shipment means nothing here

very friendly. very prompt when picking up from there facility, but it seems like they didn't want to deliver an 88lb parcel. It would have been 3 days past posted delivery expectation.

What a joke!!!!Waited 2 days at home for delivery from Kentville (25 minutes away) and both days it hasn’t made it because weather conditions. T-shirt and shorts weather almost. Most unreliable delivery service!Updated June 21/23So if you’re going to write a bad review when you don’t get the service you think you should you should write a good review when the service was exceptional. That was the case today with an Amazon delivery by Purolator . The delivery wasn’t expected until tomorrow but showed today and I was quite anxious to get it. Thanks for the prompt service.

The most tardiest, unprofessional courier I have ever come into contact with. My package is over 2 weeks late now, and no one answers your office phone. If you offer your “call back” service to people…. ACTUALLY CALL THEM BACK!Horrible service.

I noticed my package had arrived at the Kentville location, but was going to be delayed due to a late departure out of Hamilton (weather - no one's fault) and having missed the truck to go out for delivery for that day. I went to the location to inquire if I could have the package and the staff was incredibly helpful, sifting through the packages to find mine so I could have it. They easily could have told me it wasn't ready, but they went out of their way to help. Great customer service. Much appreciated!

I have had a delivery from you before and I explained that that although my address is for different units in the same building, I requested the delivery to be at a white entrance, not at the Yellow one, and it's been twice already that they go to the same Yellow door even though I next door. I have called and called and noone answers and I am getting a call to let me know about my package. How do I suppose to get my package, can it just be dropped off at homehardware? Please

My 3 parcels have been sitting In Kentville since Monday it’s now Wednesday and their excuses were pretty stupid bad weather pretty funny temp was in the plus side nothing was canceled in the valley even the school buses were picking up kids. I only live 30 minutes from Kentville I could have picked it up myself. I guess their only reliable in the summer.guess I have to use someone that delivers on time and not make excuses hope the parcels don’t get wet it will cost them a pretty penny.
