I have been with Bayshore for 6/7 months , oh my my I am happy, its a privilege working with Bayshore, from the staff respect to decision ,to flexibility, teaching , making things work around and making you happy. I have grown within the short period of working with Bayshore. in one word I call Bayshore my family , all of this make work extra hard of course not going out of my jurisdiction or job description. the team knows that I'm so passionate about caring for people and they help me achieve that. , I work passionately when I am with client, I treat Bayshore like my family business , I was an HCA with Bayshore and now an LPN ( I say that with pride lol) I left a job for Bayshore without pressure . I hold the name Bayshore homecare private with integrity its everything and more my leadership skills has grown, they let you use your own initiative. I talk a lot I guess I type a lot too, I can go on and on but I will stop here, The team at Bayshore are amazing thank you .yours trulyTenny LPN

I have been with Bayshore for almost 2 years now and I have enjoyed it for the most part. My homecare client's are awesome to work with. I feel like the communication needs some work between the office staff and the field staff.

I went in for my first iron infusion, and I was 10mL in and it felt like my heart was going to stop. I asked for help and the nurse stopped the infusion. She said a doctor would come and assess me, and then said no doctor was available. She took my vitals and did not tell me how I was doing. My appointment was booked for 12:00 and perhaps appointments shouldn’t be booked at that time if nearby physicians are unavailable during the lunch hour to assess in this otherwise nurse run infusion clinic.The nurse that was helping me had bedside manners that left much to be desired. I will not be returning to this clinic.

As a wound care nurse, I have worked with Bayshore for the past 4 years. The schedule is flexible and the office staff are always willing to help. But by far the best part is being apart of the healing process with the clients.

I have been with BHH (private sector) for almost 4 years now and enjoyed it since day one! It is a rewarding career being able to help family care for their love ones during their “end of life stages”. I have phenomenal support from my superiors and respect from my fellow colleagues. This job allows me to have great flexibility in my work schedule so I can manage my kids, school and enjoy a life.

I have worked for Bayshore Home Health for over 3 years now. Bayshore is supporting me to grow in my career. Great to work with my co workers! Always good to talk to the office staff, keep up the communication!

My experiences with Bayshore has been nothing but positive. Being a patient with daily wound care, then graduating to weekly care, and finally finding myself applying for a position within the Bayshore family.My journey was a long one to say the least but I can tell you that Bayshore definitely helped speed up my recovery time, therefore helping me get back to me being me.Now working for the team who helped me get back on my feet, I look forward to hearing from you, and helping in any way that i can to get you back on your feet.

Horrible at home nurses and even worse management!I finally took time off to stay home and see how the nurses treat my grandmother, and it is horrendous. Nurses come 4 times a day. They are rushing her, even though they are allocated half an hour for their visit, I’m lucky if they spend 15 minutes with her! Half the time they don’t even show up, and that’s with them knowing that I’m staying with her for a week. She is usually alone at home, they cannot miss visits like this.I am researching different in home healthcare agencies because I cannot let people treat seniors like this.I would not recommend anyone even consider hiring them!Have some shame, treating seniors like this.

I have worked for Bayshore Home Health Edmonton- Private branch for 5 years and I am proud to be a part of this team!! Over the past 2 years the dynamic and focus on improving both staff morale and client care has drastically improved due to our current leadership team. I am thankful to be able to work with people who genuinely care about others. I would recommend Bayshore Home Health Edmonton to any of my family and friends.
