This is a great family oriented business , compassionate professionals that puts the needs of others first. I can not say enough of these investigators. My mother was looking for my sister for 54 years Catherine and her partner in crime Donna went above and beyond to help us out. I not only got to meet my sister but my moms dreams came true. This company were quick and discreet and found her in less than 2 weeks , when we had been looking for so long. I would totally recommend Continental Investigators for your needs. After all is said and done, nothing is more important than family , and working with these two certainly proved it. Hi everyone, thanks for the great reviews, like I always say you Can't please everyone, but we try .We have a set price , just like everyone else in our business , we try hard too do what we can, but there is always someone who wants more than you can do. If you you don't or can't do it, some clients get angry.It is like going too a re estate company , and complain , your prices are too high, I will give you half of what it is worth.I always say , please contact any other firm and see if they can help you.And our logo is , When you Try the Rest come to the Best. I reached out to Catherine for help in ascertaining the wellness of a close relative. She responded with a quotation. Based on the current economic situation I requested a 30% discount . In response I got two of the rudest and most unsympathetic emails ever. I am in international business for the last 40 years dealing with all major world economies and cultures. This was unprecedented. Not acceding to a discount request is one thing but being dismissive is another. I am glad I did not hire her company. I guess glowing testimonials on the website are one thing and real experience is another.Interestingly the only other review (which is a 5 star) is by Al Biggs who shares the same last name as Catherine's!
