Wow! The number of people there and the receptionists were still able to keep a calm head and answer all my questions patiently. Kudos to them.

It was surprising to see this pillow in the ECG room (see attached). We deserve better, don't we? Nurses work under high stress. This place requires higher levels of care, for sure! (May 10, 2021)

I walked in for a blood test,reception area were very professional, took my details ans asked me to wait, I received an sms to let me know the waiting time. 30 minutes later I was called in by Glenda who was the nurse who withdrew blood from me. She went above and beyond to make sure she doesnt hurt me, her work was so light. Thank you Glenda!! You’re a star!

Clean, well-organized, and impeccably efficient! The staff is attentive and proficient, quite a few times I've had a laugh while getting blood work done, which makes it all the more bearable. This is a popular spot so there is usually a wait (for good reason) but I find going in the late morning or early afternoon gets me in and out very quickly! Longest wait times are early in the morning when folks need fasting or medication-level monitoring (usually 20mins). Use online check-in if you're able before you arrive to get a place in the queue.Thanks Olivia and team!

Staff member at the front desk humiliated a disabled older gentleman. He had a walker which he sat down on while waiting to book an appointment/walk-in. The staff member yelled at him trying to find out if he had an appointment or if he was a walk-in. He clearly had trouble understanding. She told him to never mind. go sit down'. As stated above

I was able to book an appointment for blood work and an ECG for the very next day. The staff were wonderful! Very prompt, professional yet still personable and friendly. I'm grateful to have a top-tier lab like this so close to my home!

This is a very efficient and modern lab facility located in a mostly medical building. You can walk in or book an appointment online. They have a shot clock in their waiting room where you can see your name and approximate wait time. A special word about the staff. They are always friendly and gentle and most have a great sense of humor, making the pricking and drawing a non event. They do ECG here as well. Results are often at my doctor's office that evening. Their waiting room chairs are Covid separated and all staff and most cliental wear masks. Parking is limited to nearby streets as the city has turned Yonge Street into bike lanes. The building does have a handicap passenger discharge alley which is convenient. The lab is in the basement but there are elevators to take you there, thus making this lab handicap accessible. I have blood tests every three months or so and this is certainly my preferred site because of the efficiency and friendliness.

I go to the 1849 location. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and empathetic especially when blood needs to be drawn. I've never had a long wait for my appt. It seems to be ruin very efficiently. The space is also very clean.
