It was okay. So many rules have changed since we last purchased property we felt a little lost. We were also purchasing a trailer so the rules are different as well, so that didn't help.When all was said and done the purchase went through without any major issues, just a couple of small hiccups.

I had a horrible experience with Fair Realty. I listed in June $100,000 under the appraised value of my house and got nothing, only a couple of showings and no offers. I switched realtors in September and, at the same price, had dozens of showings and received offers.
