I went there to shop for a few things and asked the girl for washroom and was denied. How can that be even legal. Well guess what me and my mom left without buying 1 freagin thing and you can be assured I will never ever shop there again!

Staff is always super friendly. Nice variety of merchandise and reasonable prices. I enjoy shopping here.

Good prices when you are looking for low cost items. Not the best quality, but still works for me, depending the use for it. Staff/cashiers very friendly and it wasn't too busy!.

Loved this place. A little bit of everything. Varying qualities. Pricing was very reasonable.

While I still like to go once in awhile, I am always disappointed with the unorganized general appearance of the store! On the few occasions where I have gone to buy something on sale, I have yet to be lucky enough to obtain!

Didn't shop there very long, just looking for 1 item & they were out of it but found other things at a good price with 20 per cent off at the cash.Will surely go back when possible to shop again.

I will never shop there again don't know if it was the owner or the manager but she was very rude. This the second time she's been rude with me. When you go in there too ask for help their either not around or they'll point you in a direction and half of the time it's not even the right direction. I have a big family and friends that will never go there again. Very unprofessional

BEWARE of the department store in the Val Est Mall in Val Caron. First of all, they told me they were a liquidation store, and by the way they only advertise everything in french(why) . I just wanted to let everyone know what just happened to me today. On Feb 14, 2022, I purchased 6 kitchen seat cushion for my dining room. This came at a price of just over $75. within the month they went from being about 1.5 thick to less than a 1/2 " thick and felt like you are sitting right on the wooden chairs. So I tried to return them today and was told I could not return them because it was more than 30 days since I purchased them. It is actually 36 days since I purchased them. The manager was rude and told me that 30 days was the maximum. said they were used. I asked her if I was suppose to take them off every time we sat at the table. Her response was 30 days. BEWARE of this STORE."

Bring cash!!! The debit machine timed out on me 3 times. Ended up paying with visa purchase was 718.63. To my surprise it came out of my bank account 3 times. I was credited back once but not the other 2 times. Called the bank they definitely got my money an extra 1437.26. Called Rossy they said no but to my surprise I was told I wasn't the only one. Bank is now doing a investigating .So be aware.
