Ever since Westland took over things have gone down the toilet here. The one remaining bright spot is Karissa, but Stacey’s determination to develop hostile and adversarial relationships with her clients has forced us to seek a new broker for the many policies that we had brought over to the former Savante. We miss them.

Helpful, friendly staff. They are always readily available to help me when I have questions.

I came here to take a new ID picture and it was deemed unusable, I was only contacted weeks later to come back and take a new picture. I came back for a new picture and still did not receive my ID in the mail; it’s been a month and a half now and I had to contact them myself to find out that the second picture Westland Insurance took was still unusable. I will not be coming back here! They cannot take an ID picture or contact their customers to inform them of anything! Terrible service. Do not go here!

Savante insurance- terrible service, horrible place. I went to Jasmine 2 months before my house insurance expired , she assured me she would help. I called a week later, no notes, I had to explain my entire story again. Then they tell me to call back if I don’t hear from them by the following month. I don’t l, so I call back and tell her she’s had 3 weeks so what’s the hold up. She says she’s busy. So I ask her if she’s going to renew my policy before the end of the month and she says she doesn’t know. So I ask what I’m supposed to do if the policy runs out because she’s too busy and she tells me it will relapse and I won’t be insured. Wow, thanks for that! Don’t trust these people.
