Exceptional products created with great passion and knowledge by the Perfectionist. Arguably the best of their kind in Canada. Some of them like 2 years old culatello or 10 months old Iberico de bellota salami are simply unique.

Lots of great charcuterias and sausages, made and cured on place by a very nice family. We can taste the quality. Will come back for sure. I am dreaming of this weekend cheese/charcuterie board!

Absolutely phenomenal product and service. The staff and owners go above and beyond to try to accommodate whatever request you may have. This is absolutely the best traditionally style cured Italian meat in the area and it is completely responsibly sourced and distributed. Moving away from the Trenton area I am going to strongly miss the store. Thank you so much for all of the wonderful products I got from you. They have absolutely been top-notch. Every single one.

Foodie’s paradise / gourmet shop! The shop features a variety of in-house cure meats (and other delights) as well as a selection of high quality imports (from jamon to pasta, artichokes and balsamic vinegar). The owners are super welcoming and knowledgeable, making every visit a great shopping experience!

Some wonderful and rare products for Eastern Ontario in a nice clean shop with friendly helpful staff. Looking forward to grilling the beautifully marbled Iberian pork, and trying out their Lardo next time.

Belleville is lucky to have this gem! What a unique and unexpected spot. We tried a few different cured meats and they were all incredible. The owner was happy to chat and go through the selections. Really can't wait to go back and try more.

Just the finest quality of charcuterie you can buy for a very reasonable price! I seriously look forward to the next time I am driving through Belleville to pick up some more goods. My personal favorite was the capiocola, but everything we tried was delicious and exceeded my expectations!!!
