Very bad Service immigration Ottawa at this time. Because of the problem the government is very weak.?

Called for IRB Information on the reception they don’t have any information. I was asking for refugee claim and she is suggesting me to go to Indian consulate how Indian embassy can give info about Canadian refugee system. She was so stubborn not transferred my call to anyone else . She was in Montreal office. If they don’t have any information why don’t they close their office. How they are sitting for help god know. In my ten years this was the first time a Canadian officer don’t know how to work .....RIP WHOEVER APPLYING FOR REFUGEE.

Shameful online service. We called a few times and emailed but got not a single reply.We criticize others for their system, poor infrastructures and so many things ... but in reality we are not better. What a poor online service system we have on immigration level. For example basic forms are not found accessable online like IMM5257 to complete a visit visa for our cousin. Untill when we focus on our faults and not others ?

Seriously they should come up with another system! They should have IRCC visa office in each different city. To get your visa you cannot have your passport mailed to Ottawa while you are in Vancouver?? How irrational is their service!! Such a huge disappointment, there’s such a long time I’ve applied 2-3 months ago, still waiting. We paid for the application, it’s not like we’re telling you to do it for free! Such low performance, takes forever! Can’t be like this!! Gets on the nerves of everyone! Can’t even reach out to them on a proper phone call, every time it keep saying high volumes of calls, hire new staffs then! Or it makes you wait so much that even your phone battery’s all drained out! Their customer service is so -0.

Too coll and silent place.Just love it.
