Shout out to Skip and manager Hussein for their helpfulness!! Marks has always been great and they help me afford medication my American insurance doesn’t cover. Medication I desperately need and causes significant issues when I don’t have it. It cost me $500 in America for 30 pills and I get 84 from Marks for $250!! What a difference it makes. Now back to these two awesome people, lately due to a customs delay and some other systemic delays my prescription was running late and I had been without it for a few, terrible weeks. Hussein was very sympathetic and rushed my order. He was also very accountable and kind enough to give me a call in addition to let me know before and after the shipment was processed! Skip also answered my call and was super friendly, helpful and reassuring. What I most appreciated was how he mentioned that any day he can fill a large order like mine, it makes his day just as much to fulfill the order as it does for me to receive it. What a lovely sentiment. The world needs more service like yours Marks. Your team is great. Keep doing great things.

I discovered Marks Marine Pharmacy three months ago with my first order. I live in Dallas, TX (USA), formerly from NYC, and needed a better option for an expensive medication. I was impressed with the company's website, which is user-friendly and informational with a friendly feel about everything. This is really important when establishing a relationship with a foreign business for the first time. My shipments have been prompt and well-packaged, but perhaps most important... the customer service is refreshingly personable and helpful. Living in NYC for 20 years, friendly and personable" just didn't exist. My "check-up" call today from Patrick was delightful."

A most impressive business!! A gentleman named Patrick at Mark's Marine Pharmacy called me today to let me know the medication I use in the dose I require was experiencing a world-wide shortage. He recommended I get on the waiting list now so that when my current prescription runs out, I will hopefully have an ample supply on hand! I have NEVER experienced any business of ANY kind that cared so much about their customers well-being. I wish pharmacies and businesses in the U.S. were this attentive to the needs of their customers!Not only is their Customer Service beyond reproach, their prices are incredible. I would have to pay over 3 times as much if I had to purchase this medication in the U.S. and I would not be able to afford it. I would like to say how extremely grateful I am to have our brothers and sisters from The Great White North be our neighbor!We were recommended by our Veterinarian Office to use Marks Marine Pharmacy for getting inhaler prescriptions for our asthmatic cat. The customer service here is phenomenal and I think that goes a long way in the service/healthcare industry.In the USA, one inhaler costs roughly $350 on average. While it's sad that I have to resort to purchasing from Canada, I am very grateful they provide affordable prices on prescriptions.The inhalers have worked wonders for our cat, and I know she's very grateful too!I will definitely be continuing to refill our cat's prescription here for the foreseeable future!

I recently had an amazing experience with Can Ship Meds. I have been getting one of my meds from CSM in the past year, but this last experience was beyond expectation. Katie was totally on top of taking care of me as a customer. She went above and beyond to keep in touch with me on my order and make sure my doctor was providing the documentation to fill my prescription in an expedited manner. Fantastic experience. After weeks of trying to navigate though the US Doctor/Insurance/Pharmacy red tape, it was a refreshing change to talk to Katie at Marks' Marine Pharmacy. She helped me get the correct dosage approved from my doctor, explained the costs, shipping and the way to administer my new meds. Way more helpful than anyone I have talked to here in Florida. I regularly order prescription medication from Mark’s Marine pharmacy and ship to the US. I have never had an issue with shipping (knock on wood) and always receive phenomenal service. Tonight (Friday before new years) I sent an email to order my refill. Patrick called me within minutes to confirm, and discussed my refill options. Who does that? Most folks would wait until Monday or Tuesday on a holiday to respond. Great service!

Best pharmacy ever! I was referred by my doctor to have my prescription filled. At first I was hesitant because it was in Canada and I’m in US. I went onto their site, created an account and followed the idiot proof instructions. Less than 12 hours, I was called and emailed by the pharmacy that they needed additional info. I missed the call and I called back and spoke with Selena. She is amazing. She went above and beyond to take care of me. She explained to me in detail about the medicine that was prescribed because it’s my first time using it. Besides having excellent phone skills, she is extremely knowledgeable & sweet! I have been a long time customer of Marks Marine Pharmacy for over 10 yrs. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would do so. I have experienced them to be an honest, professional and efficient Company. They get the orders processed within a day, send emails right away confirming the receipt of your order and then another email a few days later with a tracking number.The medications are the same exact ones sold in America. If there are any issues they respond immediately and correct any concerns you may have.While they have numerous customer service staff answering the phones, I particularly recommend Laura as the best customer service person working there because she is extremely efficient and very smart at doing her job. Their prices are excellent and they will match prices of other online accredited Canadian pharmacies if their price is lower.It's a low stress, seamless way of saving a lot of money compared to the same enormously expensive prices of the same medications sold in America. Don't hesitate to buy your medications from Marks Marine Pharmacy not only because of all of the above but they are accredited as an official Canadian Pharmacy that licenses them, they have an actual brick and mortar pharmacy location and are not a mysterious call center such as some other places.
