We get all of pet food here recommend by our breeder. The give great advice and always very helpful. Our puppy always wolfs done the raw food we get for here.

i love tail blazers have been going there for years however recently i’ve noticed there’s a couple of new staff. the owner is lovely she has so much knowledge about raw food however one of the new girls was extremely rude last time i came. i got some raw food and on it there’s was a sticker with the date 05/22 when i got the package mid june. the package was on sale which made me suspect it was maybe expired. i went in to ask and the girl was very hostile and aggressive she responded it’s the manufacturer’s date. in the past i’ve noticed the manufacturer date being on the main label not the tiny sticker. we asked if she knows when the owner comes in and she responded she busy and not available and said “idk maybe next week” also from what ive heard from others this product was most likely expired and she offered no refunds for a unopened expired product. sadly will be taking my business else where.

AKHELA loved tha food Olga! The droppings are so easy to clean up as well. Danielle Rigden and Kim Peters can eat it, along with Shams A. Haters are always going to hate. It's quite an expensive store and only one location in the Fraser Valley. The dog food I buy is at the back of the store usually buried under other brands and its a pain to dig out-big bags are heavy. But the employees are friendly and helpful with smiles on their faces. Always good service here.

Website has not much information as to what they have and their app is worst, if you cant clearly list all you carry or offer a search option to find what i need what is the point? The app and website makes this place look less than mediocre, strongly recommend getting a real web designer do your website and app.

Very friendly staff that love greeting me and my Dalmatian when we come in. They have the best selection of high quality raw food that I've been able to find in the area, and they're even willing to order things that they don't normally keep in stock. This has been my go-to for food, treats, and Bully sticks since I moved here over a year ago.

We have been coming here since this store opened 8 years ago.They have a great selection of food and supplements.Olga is very knowledgeable and knows her products well for what to recommend for different situations.We also find the new staff are very pleasant and are always willing to help.We highly recommend Tail Blazers to pet owners who want the best for their dog or cat.

Good store. Love the selection. Only problem I have is a young girl who thinks she knows everything and tries to dissuade you from your own vets advise. She may know her food but she isn’t a vet. She has also been rude on occasion. I spend a lot in the store as they carry supplements but I may go elsewhere to find these in the future. I do like and appreciate Olga which is another reason I stayed but she needs to do something about the other girl.

Our favourite place to get dog food! They have an amazing variety of raw food for dogs and cats that you cannot find at any other store. One thing I love is that most of their raw cat food does not contain any fruit, veggies, or grains, which is important since cats are obligate carnivores.The owner and any workers are very knowledgeable both in raw food and kibble so regardless of your pet food needs they are able to recommend the healthiest option for your animals. 100% recommend going here for your pet food, treats, and supplements.
