Went out of their way to help us and get the problem resolved. Our converter had quit and no service place within 200 miles had one Brian at Trailer Centre eventually found a rebuilt one that works better than the previous one. Even brought a trickle charger to keep the battery going and hence the fridge which was important as it was a very hot day. So glad we called Trailer Centre

Brian is incredibly knowledgeable about every trailer subsystem and willing to discuss and talk about all the options available to you for repair, replacement, and proactive maintenance. Brian is supremely professional and treated me with the utmost courtesy, which is always what I want, but rarely get with other support centers. Even better is that I can just call Brian, order parts, and supplies, and I know he'll get them to me quickly and for a good price. I highly recommend the Trailer Centre, and I had my own 5th wheel rig (43' RW415) tuned up for the coming season at Brian's shop.

Brian was awesome once again! I am a repeat customer. Gave me a diagnosis on the phone regarding my hot water heater in my RV. Stopped in the next day and he R&R the relief valve in 30 mins. and I was good to go. Price was reasonable as always. If you want fast, reliable and trustworthy service this is the place to go!

My husband called about our lights not working properly and the wiring in the wiring harness possibly the cause. They asked us to bring it in sometime to check it out. I showed up and they offered to look at it right away (if I didn't mind waiting) and they fixed and tested it right in the parking lot in 10 minutes and I was on my way!
