Ridiculous service !!!! Super slow, tables were dirty. Anjali who was taking the order was so slow, tables were dirty and when I spoke to her and a male cook ( Indian guy with must-ache) said “we can’t help it, the manager is not answering the call and you talk to him”. He kept on throwing his manager under the bus. He said “we all are trainees and we can’t help it. Manager doesn’t do anything ! “I am shocked by the carelessness and the lack of customer service at this store.To top it all Anjali started arguing with me saying I was rude to that guy and that “we can’t help anything. Manager is not helping. “I told her is that you guys represent A& W and you can’t say “talk to the manager “. No apology. No empathy nothing.Huge line up. Dirty tables. Very bad place.Manager/ owners - pls hire more people and train them well. They need to know how to handle an irate customer and not pass the buck to you all !!!Very sad ! They can’t say “ we are just the workers and talk to the manager “ !!!I specifically asked Anjali if chicken BLT has any other meat, (since I was not sure ) than chicken and she said “only chicken” and now I have the burger with bacon in it and I don’t eat bacon !!

Honestly hands down the best breakfast I have ever had! Everything is made to perfection and the staff at this location are always so welcoming and accommodating! My favourite location by far!! Also, A&W truly has the best hash browns by far!! Way better than McDonald’s and Tim Hortons! Do yourself a favour and go order the all Canadian breakfast from them!!

Location wasn't busy when I arrived. Staff were extremely friendly. Food was ready quickly and exactly what I ordered. Would definitely go back again if I needed a quick dinner.

Best customer service in town I've ever experienced in a fast food restaurant...I thought I ordered fries... But I could have ordered onion rings by accident... They gave me my fries and never questioned it.Just made it right... Thank you.

None of the staff wash their hands after handling raw meat or money then make your food, plus they are rude to customers. Manger named Seth was very aggressive & told me if I didn't like it to go f myself. Owner doesn't care. Will not return. Yuck

Service was ok, just extremely slow, half an hour waiting for english muffin combo 1 Cashier 1 Cook is not enough for such a busy and touristy area. Taste was good, and the whasroom was clean, only one thought.

I couldn’t order again today because they don’t have any cash so if you don’t have debit you’re screwed. They don’t even have bread to make toast, that’s probably why they never have jelly. I won’t be coming back to this store ever!!!

Pretty convenient location, and super cool looking building. I guess I came in when the dine-in was closed, since I was told I wasn’t allowed to eat inside while my friends were ordering. The onion rings were great
